Very positive experience with AMS Transportation. Arranging service was easy and professional, flexible, driver was on time, vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I'm increasingly dependent on other people, and Mustafa was punctual, responsive, reliable, professional, and friendly. He made sure I didn't fall. He reassured me when I became nervous. He even offered to stop at the grocery store so I could stay home the rest of the day. And declined a tip because he owns the company. Above and beyond!

The MUST USE non-emergency transport. Mustafa is professional, kind, prompt, knowledgeable. The van that transported my SIL today is exceptionally clean, well-built, accommodating and SAFE. Mustafa cares about and provides all of the important things.

I called this company and spoke to Mustafa. I needed my mom picked up right away to be taken to Fairfax Hospital ER. She is 89, lives in assisted living and I live out of state. It’s not often you come across someone who is so kind and caring. Mustafa didn’t just drop my Mom off, he stayed with her until after 1am, when she was finally admitted. He also called me with updates to keep me informed. This should be your go to company for transportation. I’ll not use anyone else in the future.

Mustafa was right on time and helped me down a long set of steps to the van. He is very friendly, professional, kind and I felt safe under his care. When we got home, he again helped me up the steps and made sure I was safely in. I will absolutely call for Mustafa the next time I need a ride.

I have used several transportation services but going forward I will only use AMS Transportation, Mustafa, when available to to transport my 82 yo mom when needed. He is such a kind and caring person and you can tell he truly cares about his work and his clients. Not only is he just fantastic but his vehicles are new and clean. Unfortunately the insurance company has sent transportation companies in the past with vehicles that just did not feel safe, doors held open with bungie cords, just generally in bad shape. You never half to worry about any of those things with Mustafa. I highly recommend him if you need transportation for yourself or a loved one.

I truly like the AMS translation service, the driverAlways make sure the temperature in the van is to my liking.He is cheerful and happy.Very accommodating, to all passenger's.I always for ask for AMS service, the van is always clean and fresh smelling, and not sqeaky.
