I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people who work there. They had my vehicle there for quite some time to do some extensive work and they were nothing but helpful along the way and extremely transparent. Jason is the best of the best and will take care of you, and make you feel at home no matter what. I will not let anyone else touch my car. If you are looking for a shop, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it.

Very knowledgeable about VWs and more! They got my GTI back on the road quickly. Its a bit pricey, but they work to help keep costs down and the quality of work is worth it.

These guys are the best in the DMV. Amazing & knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Jason! Brought in my B9 SQ5 for KW HAS install, had an issue where the rear links did not fit nor did the oem links. The guys over at NGP gave me options on how to proceed, even calling KW to figure out what’s going on. We ended up going the route of custom fabricating rear links so that the ride height sensor doesn’t tweak out, and these guys did it! Will be coming here from now on for all my German car needs!

In less than an hour, NGP diagnosed and corrected a problem with my AC that Audi Chantilly reportedly could not diagnose after taking my car to their dealership several times. I'm never going back to Audi Chantilly! NGP is my new home!

Brought my Audi B9 S5 Sportback into the only people I trust her with, New German Performance. They rebalanced my new tire and wheel combo and also ensured my new 034 floating 2 piece rotor and caliper setup with G-LOC brake pads was dialed in perfectly. They have turned this factory German beauty into the exact machine I always dreamed of. Competent, professional, fair, experienced, and they deliver. Use NGP!

Coming from the world of Mini Coopers into my Golf R meant finding a new shop in my area to work on my daily/track day car. When I found out that I'd have to drive 1:15h to get there, I wasn't excited...but it's well worth it.
NGP epitomizes what it means to be thorough and professional. They're just as happy to talk to you about an oil change as they are about your $12,000 Stage 2 upgrade and will work tirelessly to make you happy with the results.
They are communicative, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I am a bundle of nerves every time my car comes out of the shop but Benji, Josh, and the rest of the crew at NGP provide the kind of customer service you can appreciate from a business like this.

Got a nail in my new M3 tire which I took to NGP to patch it. When I went to pick up the tire, I believe it was Benji at the checkout window assisting me. Benji said they could not patch the tire from the inside because it was not possible (BS! see pic) due to where the nail had penetrated. He said their technician tried everything (remove tire off wheel, tried to patch), but it was not possible to put a patch inside the tire, so they had to put a plug in it. This was a complete LIE as there are no signs of the tire being removed off the rim or new weights installed. See pic of wheel after repair. THEY ONLY PLUGGED THE TIRE!!!
I asked why was I not notified the tire was not patchable before they put a plug in it? Benji said "THEY PLUG TIRES ALL THE TIME". I advised him I did not authorize them to install a plug (see work order) as that is a temporary fix and unsafe. I voiced my safety concerns but Benji said it is safe and they plug tires all the time. I advised him that if anything happens to the tire or my safety because of this plug, it is their liability.
After I left, I called couple of tire shops and asked them if they plug tires and both said "NO" it is against company policy to plug a tire because of safety. I asked them if they can patch my tire and both said "NO" because they cannot guarantee a fix after another shop worked on it. I was able to have a local garage repair the tire with a patch. The shop confirmed the tire was never removed off the wheel as claimed by NGP and that they only put a plug in it. The plug was also poorly installed and it would have fallen in if I hit a bump. I have attached pics of the repair by the other garage that NGP claim was not possible.
I am very disappointed with NGP because they have no concern with customers safety. They use methods to repair tires that are considered unsafe by other tire shops.
Please be aware that what you are quoted on the phone and what you pay at the window are not the same. They hide costs from you, perform unsafe repairs, and lie about the work they perform. They tried to charge me $51 for a poorly installed PLUG!
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with NGP, I hope others fare better.

Higly recommended professionals team that goes straight to the point without any doubt on cheat or money waste. They have made a detailed inspection report of my second hand Audi, always kind and available on taking care of any request -bymail, phone or in person-, offers the right time to explain the work ahead, higlighting urgency and postpone what is possible do be done on the near future - a sustainable solution to split costs.Their job is a high standard and you could trust that will last.It's a valuable extra the waiting comfy space for customers for doing your remote work or just enterteiment with beverages, or at 10 mins walk there is a cafe.
