They were assigned by my home warranty company (AHS) to deliver replacement GE washer. They reached out within 2 days to schedule and delivered on time during agreed appointment window. Driver also reached out before delivery. My experience did not match the negative reviews, so I felt like I should comment.

I ordered a new GE Gas stove (Stainless) from Costco. New England Rtl made the delivery on the date and within the four-hour window as promised. I watched the delivery guys remove the boxed stove from their truck and uncrate the stove from the shipping box. I was surprised to see the blue film that is usually protecting the stainless had already been removed. I did not see any damage and it was carried into my house. I was going to do my own install. I signed the paperwork, and the delivery team was on their way. Upon removing the top pieces from the stove, box grates and protective Styrofoam, I observed damage to the front left side where it appeared to have been pushed in about the size of your thumb. The bottom drawer was also damaged and had two loose screws laying in the bottom of the drawer. At this time, I immediately notified Costco.com that I had received a damage stove and ordered a replacement. Unknown why the blue film had already been removed from the stove, but it would appear that this stove was possibly had been delivered to someone else then returned as damaged.

We have had 3 scheduled delivery days with no call no show we have been without a refrigerator for over a month. Really disappointed inRetail Express won't answer the phone. Costco and ge can't get ahold of them either starting to think this company is a Scam if I could give 0 stars i would!!

Similar to other folks - I ordered a gas range from Costco that was scheduled to be delivered December 22. On the 22nd, having not heard from the delivery folks, I contacted the number provided by Costco (which was for GE delivery service), who told me the range was there, but for some reason wasn't put on the truck. They asked the Delivery Agent to contact me, but they never did. The same thing happened on December 29. Then again on December 31. Then again on December 31. January 5, and January 8. I finally cancelled the order. A few days later, New England Retail Express called to schedule my delivery, but at that point I was done, and insisted that the order be cancelled. Costco usually doesn't let me down, but they need to re-evaluate how they contract (either directly or indirectly) with delivery companies like this one.

I am also facing the same issue this agent. Its not delivery on scheduled data. They are keep on change the delivery date with Costco. Even GE support is not understand they keep on sending email to this agent due to agent is not respond over the phone to GE support.

if i could provide 0 stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Had a dish washer delivered, but what seems like a simple task turned out to be a logistical nightmare with terrible customer service. They don't answer call or return calls. Worst at all, they can't even reach out to their techs. i wasted 3 days waiting for the techs to replace my dish washer. SMH Delivery day 1 - the techs came, which none of them can speak a single word of English. They told me "Hose no good" and left. I had to call the customer service (a real nightmare to get in touch with them) finally they had to schedule for next week. Delivery day 2 - Same 2 techs (no spoken English) showed up and this time they said "Hose not long" so they left without saying anything else. So again, I had to reach out to the customer services to find out why they left without connecting the dishwater, short story they said that the techs did not have the correct hose length. So rescheduled for next week. Delivery day 3 - keep in mind so far nothing has been accomplished. They called me to let me know that the techs will be there between 10 -2, of course, they did not show between the window hours, I called them and they said the tech should be there from 11-3. And you guessed it, no show at 3pm. However they showed up at 5pm and AGAIN, they cannot use the hose, they told me that i need a plumber to install the water source to the dishwasher. they were unable to finish installation because the techs didn't know how to make the modifications/hookups needed. As I write this review, dishwasher still not replaced and I found out by looking on my GE order page that they changed the invoice to completed work and worst they forged my signature on customer signature. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

I wish I could provide 0 stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Had a washer and dryer delivered, but what seems like a simple task turned out to be a logistical nightmare with terrible customer service. Delivery day 1 - No show / no call (I had to reach out multiple times to figure out what happened because of course they can't call you ... ooops, truck broke down - we're sorry). Delivery day 2 - No show / no call (I had to reach out to ask what happened and they explained sorry about that, we'll come the following day between 8-12 -- again, they don't call you). The 2-man team shows up at 6:30AM and wake up the family and the neighbors. The delivery team asked we can leave, but we may not come back today. To make the morning even better, they were unable to finish installation because the techs didn't know how to make the modifications/hookups needed. Fix day 1 - No show / no call Fix day 2 - Show up, but the folks that came (two new guys) were also unable to make the fixes. As I write this review, still not 100% and I found out by looking on my GE order page that they changed the two open items to "Cancelled". If I wait until the work is finished, I'll probably forget to share my absolute frustration with this company. RUN AWAY FROM THEM! I'm unsure if it's accurate because he's never called me back when I've tried it, but the general managers name is Micky (sp?) and his cell number is 571-234-7366.

Horrible service. GE dishwasher i ordered from Costco and this company supposed to be deliver and install. No Show 7 times... I took day off from my work and I don't get paid from time i took off for this delivery... not worth time and mone.... Seriously they give me date and time and after that no show up.each time I called them after they no showing up. They still give you next day time and again no show & no call .. also they don't give you any reason to not showing up..... Told Costco to please deliver thru other companies ... I wouldn't give this company any business .... No recommending Anyone...

I ordered a new GE microwave from Costco and I guess this is the company that GE contracts with to deliver and install their products. I placed my order on July 6, with delivery date selected for July 8. On July 7 I received a call that they would deliver on July 9. A little annoying since I would have to stay home from work another day, but doable. The next day they showed up but the microwave was damaged. Okay, probably not their fault. They said they would reorder one for me. Long story short, I ended up having to call multiple people to get it reordered. Fast forward to last week. Costco sends me an email saying it will be delivered on Saturday. I get a call from the company saying they will deliver Monday between 11-3. So now I have to stay home from work another day. Monday rolls around. At 9:41 am - a good hour and 20 minutes before my delivery window - they called but did not leave a voicemail. I did not answer because I was in the bathroom. As soon as I was done and saw they had called, I called and called back, called all day, left multiple messages, but no one answered the phones or called me back. I finally called Costco who called GE and was told they didn't show up because I didn't answer my phone. Unbelievable - surely I am not the first person in the universe to not answer my phone on the first try when the call comes an hour and 20 minutes before my delivery window. And GE indicates that the delivery folks will arrive between 12-4 on Tuesday. So now I have to re-arrange my schedule and stay home from work AGAIN. Tuesday rolls around. Shortly after 2 pm, I get a call from the delivery company stating that their truck broke down and that they won't be able to deliver. Do they only have one truck? You would think after all the hassle and inconvenience they would have gone out of their way to make the delivery happen. NOPE. I'm told the microwave will come first thing Wednesday morning. I ask what "first thing" means. I am told the delivery will happen between 7 am - 9 am. Okay, I'll need to rearrange my morning a bit, but that means I don't have to stay home from work for a fourth day to accommodate this delivery. Wednesday rolls around and 9 am comes and goes. Radio silence. I call and ask what the heck is going on. After a long hold, I am told that the delivery will be between 1 pm - 2 pm, which is when I rescheduled some of my morning appointments and I will not be at the condo to accept the delivery. At the end of it all, I cancelled my order and got a refund. So I've lost three and a half work days and still don't have a new microwave. I don't understand how they remain in business and how they still have a contract with GE to make deliveries. I've never been this frustrated with a company before. I would tell them to do better, but it would just fall of deaf ears. (Apologies for any typos - written on my phone.)

I've had them twice now as GE seems to partner with them and I've had to use their delivery services through my home warranty company for a washer/dryer and a fridge. uses them. They literally do not answer the phone so don't bother trying to call ahead of your appointment to confirm anything. They tell you when they are delivering an item, pretty much tell you what you have to do and/or move in order for them to place it, and that is that. Communication sucks. That is the the most frustrating thing and do I'd say for that, I'd give them 0 alone for customer service. They have managed to deliver both products though on their own terms of communication after several unreturned voicemails to me and the products turned out great.

New England retail express has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were supposed to have a refrigerator delivered today from Costco. My husband received a phone call from them the day before while busy at work and they left no message. Living in Virginia we would have never even suspected that they would be the company delivering our fridge. Once realizing this we called immediately the morning of our delivery and left several voice messages. They were never returned and we waited all day for a delivery that did not come. Upon calling Costco and GE we learned that instead of trying to contact us they just marked us as not able to deliver and gave us a new date. We were unable to be available on this new date and I was not willing to wait around another day for a unscrupulous company that made no attempt to contact us so we cancelled our order. GE also refused to make it right . Costco and GE should both refuse to do business with this company and I will never ever order from a store who gives this company their business

New England Retail recently replaced our washing machine and did a outstanding Job. We had an earlier delivery schedule and their delivery crew was slammed and where running behind. They continued to contact us to inform us of them running behind and when they arrived the crew was very professional and did a great job on the installation. Thank you both inside team and delivery crew.David Zimmerman

This company is terrible. Isn't it interesting when companies tell you they can't do a certain job, but the document states differently. Contacted a rep, the "manager" claimed they are not aloud to break into walls to fix your microwave. Total useless inadequate employees and company. Why sign contracts with a company, if you are not going to ablidge the work expected of you. Had the nerve to say HSA warranty lie to you, because we don't do that type of work.

Do Not ever choose to use this company. Their staff is incompetent and unresponsive to include management. They set a window to deliver our appliance. They were 5 hours late and the item was not on the truck. They told GE they couldn't deliver it because of the street. I guess 4 lanes and parking wasn't wide enough? 12 days later and they still haven't delivered. I have called and left several messages no one has returned my call. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
