The ring is so beautiful. Mr Naranjo took his time to work with my fiance to design my engagement ring. His daughter, juana was extremely helpful and they both were so passionate and detailed with the whole process. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for the extraordinary experience! Just had such a great experience here. I’m due next week with baby #2 and my toddler broke my wedding necklace clasp. I really want to have it on for the birth of this baby. Took it to two other jewelers and was told it would take 3 weeks to get it back. Brought it to Naranjo Jeweler and they fixed it on the spot! Super grateful for their service!

I took 2 watches in and they quickly put in new battery and kept other watch and put under light and told me it’s not broken and we aren’t going to make you pay $60.00 dollars for a battery since all you need is to put in sunlight. I like the fact that it’s a family owned business and poodle greets everyone.

Stopped by to naranjo jewelers too have some links removed from my watch & came back the next day for pickup & I was satisfied with the service of the owners & felt accompanied when I was told the owner also shined my watch for me thank you guys again for the great service appreciate it a lot!

This jeweler is okay with prices for repairs as they are reasonable, but he doesn't take the time to polish as I noticed the color of the gold is off after his soldering job. However, I gave this jeweler the benefit of doubt and came back but there was no change in the quality of work/service. In addition to this, a major problem I had was with putting together a pair of earrings. After drawing a picture of how I wanted the earrings and spending a good amount of time explaining what I wanted and the jeweler said he would do it the way I wanted, he decided to put together the earrings the way he wanted to do it. The final result was not what we had agreed on. I was extremely disappointed when I came back to pick them up and he and his daughter said he put them together that way because he thought it looked better. Really? I'm not paying you for your taste in jewelry. I'm paying you to put the earrings together based on MY taste, not yours or anyone else's. After asking why he didn't do it the way that I wanted and the way it was drawn out in the picture, his response gave me the impression, after he made the comment in a frustrating manner, that he didn't want to have to remove the stones from the setting. Mind you, these stones were already in a setting that were bezel-looking settings that had push down prong underneath (not a big deal since the gold was relatively thick). My complaint and why I will not deal with this jeweler again is that when you agree to do a custom or semi-custom design that the customer wants who has taken the time to make sure the jeweler understands (i.e., drawings, pictures, etc.), then do it that way and not the way you want to do it. Don't take short cuts and just worry about getting the money from the customer.

I love this jewelry shop. Mr Naranjo is so punctual with his repairs of jewelry, I've had to have my grandmothers cross necklace repaired twice and he fixes it with no problem! I also love the jewelry in the store. Everytime I've been there I've been in a rush but will getting something there in the near future. Love thin place and so nice to find a mom and pop jewelry shop in this area

I had a old purple ice (CZ) from the 1990s and a small druzy that I wanted to have made into some more modern rings. After feeling pressured to choose Stuller settings and semi-mounts at another jeweler, I decided to go to Naranjo Jewelers--so glad I did! I sent Juana some photos of what I wanted, she got back to me with all estimate right away, and about a week from the time I was ready to have them made, they were ready for pickup! Overall, it was an easy process with great communication, and I'm happy with my new rings. I'd recommend Naranjo to anyone looking for quality service and products, and I plan to come here for my next custom piece. Thank-you, Naranjo!
