Even though I always had a pleasant experience but this one employee name Riley Stood out.Excellent customer service at Euclid avenue location. Painstakingly took time to help me out. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

I purchase my NGK irridium lV spark plug and was gapping them to my specs. I got to the last forth plug and noticed it used like really used maybe 100k miles used. It was also another model laser ngk plugs. I called and wasted my time because I had to wait since its out of stock. I also picked it up and didnt get an apology, nothing!!!! I'm simple it happens i I get,but it's all about the outcome. I told him you guys should checked them out before restocking and wasting someone's time. I also said maybe put a seal tape over top of box, so you know if it's been opened or tapered with. He didn't care to listen and said " oh they not going to to do that!!" He also mentioned that it happens on occasions like it's one of americas holidays, so you telling me your not going to help fix the problems that you still claim that's happening all the time or on occasions!! Well it's my last time going there, I PROMISE!!!!!! A simple apology would go far with me or some kind words that you care. NAPA could do better!! The location I went used to be Champion Auto, I never had a problem with them, miss you Champion Auto!!12/14/23

I will not ever again go back to that store and suggest that if u are in need of parts find another location i went to that location all the way from Springfield Virginia because I was looking for a right passenger side rear caliper and before I went i was told on the phone that they had to order it and it would be there in 4 days and that the price was $99.99 with a $60.00 core charge when I get there the person I spoke with isn't even there then another employee tried to help me and it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing they ended up putting extra charges that I was never told about so I ended up paying $191.and some change and they told me that they had ordered the right part that I needed for my 2015 nissan rogue when I go back on January 19th to pick up the part first they acted like they didn't remember who I was then when I told them what part I was there to pick up they started laughing when I get to Springfield to my mechanic and he opens up the box he told me that they sold me the right passenger side front caliper instead of of the right passenger side rear caliper as I told them so I called the store back and put a complaint then the person that I talked to told me that he didn't know why they did that because he's looking at his computer and it shows him that that caliper isn't available to them and he can't find one anywhere how do you work at a part's store and you don't know you're car part's or how to order things I am almost certain that I am not the first person that that napa location has done this too..but the funny thing is I went to a different napa location explained what happened they apologized for the manassas napa location and they went out of there way to find me the right passenger side rear caliper and they found one and ordered it I just picked up 3 days ago and was able to exchange it do to the high price that the manassas napa location charged me I am so disappointed and upset ? with the manassas store do to what they did and the inconvenience they caused me and they old caliper was tighten all that time luckily I didn't end up having a accident due to there actions

The guy there doesn't know his job ... instead of selling parts he makes the mechanic. I do not recommend , the staff do not know how to do their job

Helpful staff, but very sparse selection of items...many of the hangers were empty, though they had specific products identified on the hanger. For instance, there was only one bottle of each (large size, no others available) Loctite: red, blue, and green while other brands and sizes had spots, none of the hangers had any product. When o asked at the desk he said that was all he had.I like them for specific parts, but shop items are not their strong suit.

This auto parts store has one of my favorite people in the ? there.The customer service is tops accommodating English and Spanish speakers with equality.They got the goods they will HAVE you like Bingo that's it They will make you feel appreciated in English as well in Spanish.double the good FEELING!
