“Bayshore - Allied, Manassas was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. The office reps John G. & Laurie A. were on top of things every step of the way! John G. came out, did an assessment, quoted the price on the spot with no sales pitches, no “but ifs,” no “potential” additional fees, etc., - a straight shooter who stayed true to his word. Laurie A. kept the train on the tracks until the very end.
The crew, aka muscle, (DeWayne, Julio, Kevin, Byron, & Oscar) were awesome, and did a great job packing and moving (can’t forget Kevin’s masterful driving - a huge rig on a small street. In addition, our household goods were held in storage for two months before the move from the DMV to Charleston, SC. again with no issues.
Without hesitation, we highly recommend this company, and would use them again!”

“Incredible company to work with! They made our move from FL to VA extremely easy and were so flexible with date changes/delays on our end. The customer service is as good as it gets and we are so appreciative for the flexibility and ease of the entire process. Chris and the team at the Manassas location went above and beyond to make everything as simple as possible in an already stressful situation for us and we will be forever grateful for their help and understanding for everything.
As for the units themselves— they are top notch! We had some flooding in FL the night before we were planning to move and everything in our storage unit remained completely dry and undamaged.

“We used North American to transport from Virginia cross country to Arizona. Our furniture was in storage for a month and then moved to our new home. I was kept informed of the projected move-out and delivery dates and when things changed, I was told right away. The driver, Alfonso texted me with his ETA and kept me up to date as things progressed. Alfonso and his team arrived early and was already set up and unloading when we arrived.
They were all polite and very organized. All of our furniture was put together and set up and they were gone by noon! When we discovered that a mirror had missed being attached to our hutch, Alfonso had one of his team members locally come over the next day and put it together for us. Great communication and just a pleasure to do business with North American. Extra kudos to Alfonso.”
“The drop off driver was wonderful, he skillfully dropped the trailer on my tiny townhome street without blocking any driverways, including mine, despite cars being parked on the curb. I so appreciate their help with a very stressful move. My only complaint is the online tracking system was grossly misleading. It stated my trailer was picked up a week later than it was and that it would be delivered significantly later than it was. Though customer service was patient with my calls and clarified that their system was showing correctly.”

“Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”
“I came to this Penske with tail lights out on my trailer they were quick to get right to work. While they worked I discovered my tractor had a tire with a leak they got right to work on that too. Got both issues and fueled up in an hour. Thank you Penske manassas for being the most squared away Penske in the area”

“Once again, the fellows did a stellar job of moving a single piece of furniture for us (a massive Restoration Hardware wall unit). They carefully dismantled the piece and wrapped all the small hardware pieces in protective wrap and then taped those inside the movers' wrap around the unit itself. They were careful with the unit every step of the way. We are looking forward to them providing our household move next month!”
