I used my box while I was waiting for an addition to be built to my house and they were wonderful. They were punctual; delivered when they said and picked up when they said. I would truly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

On Monday-12/9/24 -first contact was with Jane in the office to discuss the size/cost and delivery. She was extremely pleasant and helpful; said delivery would be Tuesday-12/10/24 and that the delivery drive would contact me later that afternoon-which he did! Second contact was Chris, the delivery driver, who left a clear message that the 16’ container would be delivered 12/10 between 9-10 am. I texted Chris back to confirm the date/time were perfect! Chris called me at 9:15 to let me know he’d be here inn15 minutes, he was right on time and extremely pleasant as well! Great job Mi-Box!!! Thank you!!

They were super easy to work with. I’m a local contractor and I needed a container on site for one month. They were able to drop one off for me next day and had very clear communication picking it up one month later. I thought the price was very fair too. They helped LAB Exteriors, another small local company, deliver a great product to the homeowner.

This was excellent service. They promptly delivered a container to my home, stored it in a weather controlled location, allowed me to access it during the storage period and were great at meeting my time frames for unloading. Highly recommend them.

Very easy people to deal with. Professional, courteous, on time, respectful of property and nice all the way around. 5 stars in all aspects in dealing with them and I will do it again next time I need a container for storage! We highly recommend them!

My wife and I have moved eleven times in about 12 years, and our experience with MI-BOX made this move easier and less stressful than any other move. By a wide margin. At first we were skeptical, but choosing MI-BOX for this move was the best choice we could have made. Tom even recommended a moving company to help with unloading the storage unit (Prince Movers) and put me in direct contact with the owner. They also went above and beyond. You can really tell that this company associates themselves with other respectable/professional companies, and truly cares about their clients. Huge shout out to Chris as well, his professionalism and kind attitude really made every interaction we had with this company an easy/happy experience.
Also, if you're moving into a smaller townhome/condo community with narrow driveways or parking lots, the little lift robot they use to deliver the containers is super convenient.

First let me say I am really disappointed I’ve been a long time costumer and always paid on time in addition to referring other friends but now when it comes time for me to vacate and I let Them know a month in advance and agreed to pay the $99 for the delivery of my container to the auction company and they had already cut the lock off my unit and after all this they insist to charge me an additional $360 for another month Tom called it “my financial obligations” this nickel and dime situation is very disappointing and shows that as a consumer there is no point in being responsible and forthcoming and even if they sound pleasant on the other side of the phone all that matters is a few more dollars and squeeze the client for all they got.
So I cannot say that I recommend this business. Signed off disappointed!!!

Had a terrific experience with MI-Box! They called and showed up exactly on time to deliver and again to pick up the box I rented. I got a good price on the rental and the unit that was delivered was in tip-top shape. Easy company to work with and really great with “real person” communications. Highly recommend MI-Box.
