So I go inquiring about the home internet and was informed I needed to have a cell phone account first. Cheapest plan I was told was $50 and I wouldn't budge with that. I leave for some lunch and notice on the site a "$25 bring your own device & number plan". So I'm thinking "why didn't the employee try to offer that? I'm going to go back and try to get that." Anyway, I return to the store and asked the employee why he never mentioned that plan to me and then proceeded to lie to my face saying "I did, I did." I ask if he could port my number to that plan which he proceeded on doing after I gathered the port out information. He's then telling me an off the wall price of $97 a month, which doesn't sound right at all. I asked him to look over it again because it should be closer to $75. Then he smiles and says "Yeah, yeah $75." I'm like okay cool! Nightmare over! WRONG! I get out to my car with NO information of how to log into my account, I wasn't given my 8 digit account pin. Nice, so I try to reset password AND I KID YOU NOT this guy chose my security question and answer FOR ME and didn't tell me a damn thing! I have NO WAY to get into the account he just created for me. I call customer service and a very polite woman whom helped me was appalled at the employee who rung me out after I told her why I was locked out of my account. She's assisting in getting everything right until she tells me that my plan is still $97/month! I ask her why it's so high and she says "phone insurance" THIS GUY GAVE ME PHONE INSURANCE AND DIDN'T ASK ME IF I EVEN WANTED IT. After all was said and done my bill is now $73 before auto-pay, where I knew it should be. Avoid the lackluster customer service in this store before they try to rob you and fiddle with the account your cherished phone number is on. It's obvious that the employees don't respect anybody who slightly differs from them in the least and it's a shame.

Here I have my four lines of my phones for 12 years, very kind people, I pay 120 ppoor four unlimited lines for cheap phones. I am looking for what is economical, my disabled husband is exantente for 12 years...that's why I am with metro the best

Today I visited the store, they did not serve me well, I have two lines and I wanted a third additional one, the person who served me was reluctant, I am paying for my service, I am not asking for it for free, terrible service.

Terrible service. Made excuses to not help me with my metro sim kit. Stay away from Metro by T-Mobile altogether.

I would stay alway from t-mobile because of this store. Staff is horrible. No customer service and If you don’t speak Spanish they will not help you literally they will push you to the side. Specially the females they do not want to help any English-speaking person I never seen anybody so racist
