Great store to visit when you have a paint job big or small. The employees are friendly and always ready to help. Everything you need from paint to tape and brushes and more, they have it. I go here almost every spring to replenish my paint supply.

Employee Ryan was SUPER helpful and efficient in getting us two of the HOA regulated exterior paints we needed in a pinch, to touch up our door and trim prior to the first showing of our home that is for sale. A LIFE SAVER!

After Stanley Martin built my home nearby, I was given a coupon for free touch up kit from McCormick Paints. I’ve been trying to get this for several months. The same guy always tells me to check back next Tuesday. I go back, same thing over and over week after week. This has been going on for several months. Check back next Tuesday. I went in today and asked to buy a quart of it so I could touch up my walls, his answer? Literally, “Check back next Tuesday”. I bought a gallon a few weeks ago and it wasn’t the right color even though he told me this was the correct color Stanley Martin uses. I bought another gallon of a slight variation recommended by the builder today and I’m hoping it matches this time. If it doesn’t, I will take it back and never buy nor recommend this place. Tuesday never comes with McCormick Paints. I’m going to recommend to the builder to choose another company who cares about their customers and will stand behind their coupons and have correct paint colors in stock. Horrible experience with this business so far.

I have no idea how good their business is. We go there in the Spring to see the bald eagles on the nest! It's about as close as you can get to an eagle's nest without actually getting in it. :-)But you should check out the store too if you have improvement projects!

The older gentleman is not pleasant. My husband stop by to get our free touch paint as we just finishing building our house with Miller and Smith. He just told him they didn't have it. When I called and I spoke with him, I got answers that I had pull out of him. So we could purchase a gallon but they don't make quartz anymore for one of the colors which is funny since everyone in this new development was told we get free touch up paint. So we went back and purchased the gallon because we need it but it was unnecessary to make 2 trips and a phone call if he had offered the proper customer service to begin with. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Watch him be rude to the customer in front us too. Plan to paint the rest of our new house but will definitely stick to Home Depot. They know how to treat and assist their customers.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I called to ask how soon they can provide stain match and was told one day. I came driving 45 minutes just to be greeted by a RUDE counter sales person. Yelling at me and telling me he has other wood for days and there is no way for days he can do the match. I told him I called and he said oh well. Someone please open a stain store and hire good attitude people.
