I needed tires for my RV and I had such great service here when I had a wheel alignment that I knew McCarthy's was my go-to place for tires. I was not disappointed and in fact, was even happier.
It was the end of the day when I called and they said to bring it in.
Every person there was knowledgeable and helpful. I was not rushed. They took the time to educate me on what to look for in a tire. The customer service here is so great that I had no desire to look elsewhere for tires. The two tires were promptly put on my RV and I drove off.
I can't say enough positive things about McCarthy's tire service except to encourage you to go there.

Have used them several times for our truck alignments. Price is a bit higher than competitors, but they always get us in and out as promised.

Used their roadside service for a semi truck. Changed one tire with a brand new one. Service was OK, but the price was way too high. They asked for a credit card preauthorization, said it's just in case, but the total will be less. And guess what, invoice was exact sum as it was the preauthorized amount. Asked to see if anything can be done about it, they just ignored me. Decent service, very high prices.

Just talked to Steve. He didn’t really sound like he wanted to sell any tires today. When I asked about a tire that would match up with the tread depth I have on my trailer. He felt the need to explain to me about what a recap is. Steve you were talking to an experienced driver. I know what a recap is. I’m also a driver that was in retail sales for 20 years. You would increase your sales number by listening to a customers wants. Just a pointer.

I initially went in to install tires fir my van (my own tires.) Surprisingly, I was charged $268 and when I asked why the guy responded with attitude " we charge $24 for installation, $21 dollars for balance, and $8 for recycling the tired.) so $50 to put on my new tires!!! Wha a rip off. Besides, one of the tires went flat today because apparently the valve came off. do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I will never go back !!! BTW They wanted to charge me $700 to cut off and replace 6 ceased tire studs! SMH

Terrible customer service. Walked in to have buy tires for a tractor trailer, employees stand around and stare into space. No assistance at all. Waited for over 15 minutes with no help. Their loss lol, happy to spend money elsewhere.
