I had a 10/10 experience at this store with Dandy. He immediately put me at ease when I walked into the store feeling slightly overwhelmed since I hadn’t purchased a new mattress in years and so much has changed. He was so knowledgeable and I’ve never had more fun buying a mattress. I highly recommend asking for Dandy for your next mattress purchase.

When I walked into the store Dandy greeted and welcomed me to the store. In our conversation Dandy listened to what I was looking for in a mattress , while also asking questions . After listening to all the options available in the mattresses and also trying a few I found exactly what I was looking for. Dandy was not only professional through out the process, I didn’t get a dizzying price based on this, that, and the other, that can be totally confusing. I was presented with a fair price and I bought the mattress. Thank you Dandy. I’ll be sure to tell my friends about you and I’ll see you on my next mattress purchase.

My husband and I stopped by just to window shop. We purchased a new mattress 3 years ago and it’s great, however we needed a little more support. Didn’t even think of an adjustable base until Dandy suggested it. Dandy, showed us all the perks of the base and we were immediately sold. Dandy was awesome!! From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left. Thank you mattress firm and thank you Dandy!! We can’t wait for better sleep.

We went in today just to check out 1 specific mattress. Dandy was the SUPER great employee that helped us out. They were knowledgeable about mattress and talked us into one that we liked even better! They also helped us get a great deal, so we ended up walking out there as owners of a new mattress. Thanks again Dandy.

I went to Mattress Firm in Bristow Virginia looking for a full size mattress for our guest room. Dandy was wonderful in immediately understanding that I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because it would only be used a few times a year, and pulling out several options. The one I bought was perfectly comfortable and the price was even more perfect! I highly recommended trying them out if you’re looking for a new mattress.

Our shopping experience with DANDY was "amazing". We wish every retailer would have subject mater EXPERTS (like DANDY) guiding clients: Providing valuable information and advise for us to make SMART decisions given the amount of money spent in a new mattress and/or adjustable base. Not "pushing" to make a sale, but being a knowledgeable professional, making sure we feel comfortable with our final choice of product/price. His level of service made us feel like we were SPECIAL for him !!!
