A couple of buddies and I have been frequenting MotoMember Manassas the past few months as we have all been upgrading. Each time, the whole team at MMM has been great. Super helpful, great to deal with, and the prices are good too.Gotta give a shout out to Anthony on the sales floor. I have been working with him to find the bikes I wanted for about a month, and he’s been great.Between my friends and I, we have purchased a ZX6R and 2 GSX8Rs. Each deal has been smooth and hassle free.I haven’t used the service department yet (my bike is still breaking in), but when my buddy had questions about his coolant, the tech that was helping him took the time to answer his question and also explain the reasoning to it. The techs are also very friendly.Highly recommend MotorMember Manassas, and I will be a returning customer.

Purchased a Kawasaki ninja 650 from them. Anthony made the process super easy and answered any questions I had. Danielle made the payment process easy and painless and kept the customers best interest in mind when going over options. The crew in the shop had the bike ready before I walked out the door. Anthony made sure to go over everything about the bike and how to properly break it in. Would highly recommend moto member of Manassas for any motorcycle needs.

Experience was great! I bought my 2024 zx6r from Austin and it was simple and easy. I recommend asking for Austin as he was straightforward but also made me feel welcome. General manager was also great to talk to. This location was overall a great experience, highly recommend.

Great place to get your bike. Purchased a Suzuki GSX 250R from here a month ago, the bike is great. Unfortunately I tipped it over in the garage but Zach and the team were amazing, they managed to pick it up, get it fixed, and deliver it in a short amount of time. Looking forward to put more miles on it.

Just recently bought a beautiful 2023 Kawasaki 400 for my daughter. I went in not sure what would be a safe but yet fun starter bike for my daughter who'd just turned 19. Mohamed and the sales team were very professional and patient. They showed my couple of motorcycles that fit the category that I was searching for. And finally completing the purchase was literally as simple as you'd hope it to be. I'm definitely going back for a Vulcan for myself in the near future.
