I recently joined Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp and I am beyond satisfied with the incredible experience so far. First and foremost, the coaches at Manassas FBBC are exceptional. Their expertise and dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals were evident from the very beginning. They not only possess extensive knowledge in fitness, but also have a genuine passion for guiding and motivating us along the way. Convenience has been key to maintaining my discipline, that said, Manassas FBBC is conveniently located in Hastings Marketplace. They also offer flexible scheduling with a range of class times to accommodate everyone. With their 30-45 minute weight loss boot camps, Manassas FBBC has not only helped me improve my physical fitness, but also boosted my overall wellness. I cannot recommend this center enough. If you’re looking for top notch coaches, workout variety, a convenient location and scheduling, then Manassas FBBC is the perfect place to start your transformative fitness journey. Joining the community has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal health and fitness.

I have been a member of Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp for a year and a half. When I began working out I was weak, but used all the modifications and the coaches encouragement to build my strength and confidence. Now I am the fittest I have ever been and have even completed in a couple Deka Strong fitness competitions to test my endurance and strength. In addition, I love the members and coaches. After awhile, the members become family.

I’m so grateful to be part of the fit body family. What I love the most about this place is the schedule they have early mornings and evening classes which makes it easier to a working mom like me.

I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I signed up for the Back to School special, I just needed to do SOMETHING. I have worked out with all the instructors at least once, and everyone is great! I walked in with zero experience and because all the instructors really pay attention and give immediate feedback during your workout, you know when you are doing something right, or you receive feedback on adjustments needed.I feel like I really lucked out, trying it out on a whim. I love that the exercises are always a mix of something different and you get the trainer's feedback. The class times are fantastic, it seems like stuff pops up out of nowhere, but I'm still able to squeeze in a 30minute workout, if not in the morning, then definitely in the evening. Also, everyone is super positive. I've never felt out of place there. They are super welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, greeting everyone by name.

I was looking for a way to challenge myself and heard about this program from another busy mom. The 30 minute classes fit so nicely into my schedule and I love how easy and flexible it is to plan which classes to attend with the app. All the coaches are fun and motivating. While the programs are challenging they are doable and I definitely am seeing results after just two months!

I started off with Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp through a promotion they were running over to summer to attend at a discounted rate for four weeks. As soon as I started, I realized it was a great fit for me. I’ve tried working out through more traditional gyms, however, would struggle greatly with consistency. The great coaches at Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp are warm, welcoming, and committed to helping me to stay on track with my fitness goals. I enjoy the inclusive environment and the well-planned exercise routines developed on a daily basis. Everyday is different, but always challenging, which making the workouts both fun and effective. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!!

I joined Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) during the fall promotion. A few of my neighbors had already been going to FBBC for awhile and raved about it so I thought to try it out. I absolutely LOVE IT.I had been going to LA Fitness for a few years but felt like I plateaued. FBBC was a great change of pace for me. Classes are only 30-minutes, and there are lots of time slots to pick from. The workouts themselves are very good, and I love the variety. I get such a great cardio workout that even my eyelids sweat. In the 3 months that I've been there, I've lost 12 pounds and gained more muscle. I definitely see the change in my physique.The instructors Olivia, Vanessa, Heather, and Tava are amazing. They're excited to have you in class, and you can tell they really believe in you and want you to succeed. They push you to do better. I've been told a few times "Oh you can lift heavier than that!" The environment is just very supportive.I look forward to continuing my fitness journey and achieving my fitness goals with FBBC!

I joined in April and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The workout is a challenging 30 minutes, the coaches are amazing & energetic and I love the member community! A hidden gem for sure!

The coaches are the best! They are very encouraging. The workouts are hard, varied, and fun. The thirty minute workouts are perfect.
