I was told by a different repair shop that my HP Pavillion’s laptop's hinge couldn’t be repaired because parts were not available. MCR fixed it in 3 days!!! Works like new! Highly recommend MCR.

Took my old iPhone 6S in for repair. Paid $85 for expedited service...after 3 days I heard NOTHING! Went to their place of business and was told my motherboard was "FRIED". I then bought a reconditioned iPhone 11 for ($275). Later I tried to restore my old iPhone 6S with another computer that I owned....and what do you know...It restored and worked 100%. GIVE ME A BREAK!....These people DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IPHONES! Yeah, they know computers, but iPhones....forget it!!
A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

What a wonderful place to find! Everyone was helpful and prompt. They explained the options and I am very happy with my new computer. Thanks so much and will recommend this shop as a technology rescue option (with real people to answer questions!).

Updated May, 2024. After reading recent reviews here and on Yelp, it seems that you still aren't getting the message! I hope my neighbor posts his recent unhappy experience with you - ! WOW!
After reading the other reviews, I think my experience is not unique to this business. I left my laptop there for diagnosis/repair. This was done, a price was quoted, the repair was authorized, and it was several days before I could get back to pay for it. I had asked if the business accepted cash, and was told that there is a discount for cash payments. Gee, according to the invoice, my discount amounted to 42 cents. Pretty small discount on a $400 bill, it seems? The invoice, which I had to ask for, lists no customer specific information. It did not include my name, address, contact information, no computer serial number, nothing that links the invoice to me or my computer. It could be for anyone. An auditor would never accept this, and as it is a business expense, this is problematic. But wait, there's more! I was having difficulty getting G-Mail to work with the e-mail that was already active on the new drive. I returned to the store to ask a simple question, and was greeted with a double dose of arrogance and condescension. He argued with me about where the paper clip symbol for attachments is on the screen (it's on the bottom, not the top, as he insisted) and he proclaimed numerous times that I could not get into G-Mail w/o knowing the previous password. That is absurd - ask Google to send a verification code to your phone and you can change the password to whatever you want, WITHOUT knowing the previous password. After several minutes of this ridiculous behavior, I left. No help after the sale, I guess! So the repair was done and the computer was ready when promised, but given the problems they created for themselves and me, well, I'm not impressed. Other reviews mention the employees "talking over" the customer, and that certainly was my experience.
If you don't like two stars, maybe you'd like one better? You folks sure need help with spelling and grammar. I had to read your reply several times to understand what you are trying to convey. And what you are conveying is a typical liberal response of ignoring the facts. I never asked you for my passwords; why would I do that? As explained in the initial review, I DID NOT NEED the password, because it is easy enough to change the password through Google without knowing the previous password. So to state that I "became upset" when you could not provide my password is a lie. Just like insisting that the G-Mail attachment symbol (paperclip) is located @ the top of the screen - another lie. My question was not about passwords - my question was about attaching pictures and documents to outbound G-Mail messages. And then you had the courtesy to tell me, "You don't know what you're talking about." Well, I certainly did know what I was talking about. Why do you keep different invoices for the same work? You claim my cash discount was significantly more than the 42 cents, but 42 cents is all I see on my copy of the invoice. What else is different on your copy of the invoice? Seems like there's something funny and tricky going on with these invoices; maybe you have two sets of books? The only reason I alerted you to the fact of the tire issue and then my having to go out of town was so you would know why I did not come to pick up the computer the day it was ready. I was doing you the favor, not the other way around. Not willing to listen to your condescending remarks any longer, I left before we got around to the subject of the recovered data from the damaged disk. Tell me, where might that recovered data be? Maybe it is hidden at the top of the screen, along with the attachment symbol that isn't there? Grow up and face the fact that is all came about because of your crappy attitude and argumentative demeanor. I awa

TDLR: Ken is like a Mechanic will constantly tell you they're constantly waiting on a different part every time you call, but never attempts to do anything.
Brought my laptop back after I deemed the issue unrepairable. The laptop still posts on an external monitor was brought up, without being asked. Well turns out that it wouldn't post on an external monitor, when I tried it once I've gotten home. Making the laptop now completely unusable.
If that was the only issue fine, I understood the risks of repair, but there's the poor communication. They will never update you on the status, so you'll have to call them. When I called them it was always that "We're waiting on a part", and this wasn't me hassling them. I called them after 4 weeks then after 9 weeks since drop off.
Edit: The laptop was used mostly as a desktop with an external monitor and it worked when I dropped it off, though now it doesn't. Additionally, a complete motherboard replace is not a repair solution. Also your reply confirmed my suspicions that you made zero attempts to repair my laptop. As what you replied and what I was told when I called doesn't align. When I called you told me that you've attempted something and it didn't work, however now you're saying you have only diagnosed the board, something doesn't add-up. Additionally, as a Business you can choose your jobs, but don't waste other's time by accepting repair you have no interest in doing like motherboard repairs. Overall because of your untrustworthiness and shady behavior I will not be a returning customer.

Everyone here is so kind and prices are reasonable. I had a 4 year old gaming desktop which was running slow and had issues updating to Windows 11. I emailed them first to see if this was something they could look at, since I wasn't sure if they only work with casual PC users. WOW I was wrong, because when I came back to pick up my computer ONE day later on a SATURDAY, Devin was very knowledgeable on gaming PC's and explained what may have been causing the issues very thoroughly. I appreciated their honest communication during the whole process because 1) the deposit was applied to the entire final total and 2) they reached out before making any changes that would add to the final charges. I recommend here whether you are a casual PC user or a hardcore gamer! I was told they also will build PCs, so if you are interested in gaming, I would say go here!
