I read reviews from 10 years ago. 2024, it's the same or worse. The line is still very long. Service is degrading. Store manager is super rude with refunds (stated the store policy for etextbook that if the access code wasnt used then return can be made within time frame. My purchase qualified all that for return but she keeps complaining about eating the cost) what cost? Real money comes out of my bank. That the cost I paid. What cost she ate? The rules apply only when it benefits the store. Slamming the keyboard, whistling while doing refund and complaining aint best practice for customer service. Once they sold, there is no help afterwards if you have any problem even if the mistake came from miscommunication bw department and bookstore. I can't believe this kind of service still survive 2024. Lastly, don't call customers the "swearhearts" while degrading them at the same time. Very untasteful.

Brad, the barista, is always a joy to see! He remembers details from previous conversations, is always professional and quick, and is always kind. Brad truly cares!! This man deserves a raise ❤️

Honestly really nice and super chill, the guy at the register is super nice and friendly and they got a decent selection of snacks and candy for a recharge whenever you need it. They also have a bunch of school and art supplies so it's a handy tool when your in a pinch and need something on campus

Worst customer service, NEVER buy from this bookstore. They will make you regret buying from there. Very unprofessional staff and they refuse to assist with return of a book i never used. I wish I had given them a better review but they deserve a negative review.

I want to rate the Manassas Bookstore Zero stare. Don't buy anything from Manassas Bookstore. If you buy and come outside the door and something wrong with that product, and you want to return it, the person who works there never returns it. Also, their price is very expensive, more than double the price compare to the other stores. I rent a book from the bookstore for $75. When I check at Amazon the same book is only $18 for rent. Why do they play that kind of game inside the community college:( They should be priced cheaper than another store price because they are inside the community college.

Worst customer service ever. I paid the extra charges for one day delivery and I expected them to deliver the book within one day. I got the book after 4 days. When I asked for a refund of the delivery fees they rejected the request. I advise everyone to never buy from this bookstore again.

The bookstore was good but the lady supervisor who I was asked to go talk to her and explain had explained to me but was very rude and when I went to get further explanation she kept being rude and I wasn’t even able to understand what to do. I hope someone gonna do something about this because this is not the way to treat your students. I definitely don’t recommend people going to that campus and especially the bookstore.

Terrible customer service, there was a lady working there today, I went there to rent a book. When I went there, and asked her about rentingbook. She told me to rent online. I asked her. If i rent it right now, how long is it going to take to process it. She told me, 5 to 10 minutes. And then, when I rent it online, and went to her after 20 minutes, she told me, it might take one hour or so. I was waiting one hour there and then i went to her. Then, she is like, I don't know, when its going to be ready. It might get ready tomorrow or end of the day today.This is very unprofessional and senseless customer service, why would you make me wait 20 minutes and then 1 hour, if you don't know when it will be ready.

Covid is a mess, I didn’t realize you couldn’t pick up orders same day, I drove an hour and a half to get here only to find that it takes 24-48 hours to process an order, everyone in the bookstore was fabulous about it though, I was such a Karen to them and they still bent over backwards to help me correct my order so I’d have my materials in time for my class, absolutely wonderful people ❤️❤️❤️
