About two weeks ago I was in Lowe's in Manassas. I was in the process of getting our family's home ready for sale and making updates. I spoke to at least four different employees in your store about questions for several projects and all were a huge help. David Earp easily spent 30 minutes with me helping me to understand how to do several projects. He explained complicated projects in an uncomplicated way and recommended the best products to do the jobs. I greatly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend this store.

=June 13 2024=
I am using the lowe's in Manassas, VA to go through the process of ordering and getting a new vanity and faucets installed in my master bathroom. It's been a process but it's moving right along. This review is for the recent visit where my wife and I went to the store to order the new vanity based on the measurements from the plumber Lowe's sent out. When we got into the store we asked at the customer service desk if they could call an associate to the vanity area. While an associate was being summoned, we walked back to the vanity section. We waited for about 10 minutes until we saw one of the associates named HAMID who did not work in the vanity section. HAMID was still nice enough to go look for the appropriate Lowe's associate. Another 10 minutes later and HAMID walks back with the associate HICHAM and IRIS. HICHAM was ready to help and IRIS appeared to be a young trainee although it wasn't made known to me. She had no smile but listened intently as I explained what I was there for. HICHAM and IRIS immediately started the process of getting the vanity and faucet information together on the computer that we desired in prep for ordering the vanity and scheduling the installation of both. Another young associate JACK came over to also assist in the process although really not needed. Really cool associate and very helpful and understanding. Jennifer the manager was called over to approve and finalize everything we selected on the computer. Jennifer was awesome, personable, friendly, professional and a good example of what a great employee should be in general. After 2 hours, our order and scheduling of the installation was completed. Thank you again for your customer service for this last visit.

Got what we needed in new faucets. However, Lowe's does not sell the Audubon product.

Needed to get some paint for our new place and Abby was extremely helpful! She helped me decide between two shades, and then made sure to explain the different finishes and why we would want a certain type for the room we were doing, and then she even made sure we had all the extra supplies and tools needed. She made the whole experience super simple and enjoyable, I hope she’s around when we go back in for our next project!

Went in 2 hours before close to get 4 gallons of paint, only had to wait 3 minutes for service. The woman that helped me was friendly and helpful.

A very special THANK YOU to sales Associate JACK from appliances. My 74 year old father and I were shopping and having great difficulty finding what we needed. Jack not only helped us with our appliance part that we were looking for, but also escorted us to other parts of the store to help us. The young man was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and we appreciate him very much. Thank you Jack for your assistance today.

I have had mainly good experiences at the store. Most of the items they say are in stock online are in stock. The staff is helpful the majority of time, and it has pretty much everything you need that they advertise. There are enough exceptions to get it only 4 stars though, but all in all it will get you what you need.

Manassas - Sudley Rd - Bathroom Vanities / Toilets - Louis was extremely helpful. We are in need of items to renovate a townhouse. Luis checked inventory of all our items. Manassas had a few items but Luis checked the Chantilly location, which has all the items we needed.
