I’ve been to them three different times and they really do go above and beyond. They make sure we are completely satisfied and everyone I mean everyone is so helpful. Sarah has helped me many times and is just so pleasant. They also always return my car so clean!

I’m gonna be giving an honest review of this place. Overall the place is a great repair shop. I only just used it for the first time to have my car repaired and it looks great. I liked the fact that for my rental car they had a shuttle pick me up from the repair shop to take it to the rental car place. I also liked how I only had to drop off the rental car keys with them and didn’t have to take the rental car back to the rental car place. There are two reasons why I’m not giving a 5 star review. The first being the lack of communication during these last few days regarding the status of my car repairs. At first when I dropped off my car for repairs, I would get at least one text a day with an update on how the repairs were going. On Tuesday this week I received the newest text update regarding the repairs stating it was nearly complete so I figured the car was gonna be ready on either Tuesday or Wednesday for me to pick up which was ahead of the original date of today. I never received another update on Tuesday which was fine but I also didn’t receive any update on Wednesday or yesterday regarding the repairs. I was only told today at 2:30 PM when I got a call from someone stating my car would be ready by 3:30 for pick up. The second reason was some miscommunication and confusion about one part of the repairs. According to the estimate, there’s a wheel that was gonna be replaced so my dad asked me to make sure I told them to have the replaced wheel put in the trunk of my car. I told them about it when I first dropped off the car and also emailed my estimator there about it last week. When I arrived to pick it up today, I asked about the wheel that was being replaced and was told that it was repaired not replaced which is weird because that’s not what I’d been told when I showed up for the original estimate and the paperwork even states that it was replaced. Even with these two issues, I would still recommend this place because they got the work done and worked closely with my insurance regarding payment for the repairs.

Great experience with Lindsay!! Awesome communication about the timing of my parts and they coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company. They were fast and the work was spectacular. My car looks new!!

I’ve always been happy with the Lindsay car dealerships and was just as impressed with the collision center. The part was painted in one day. I went back the next day and they put it on for me. Thank you to Natalia and Jennifer. Very professional and customer focused.
