Doesn't answer the phone In a professional way. Just "hello." And expected me to do all the talking.They then gave me an estimate that was twice what I got from a neighbor of theirs.This group is too arrogant for a company with competition next door.

I brought my car here for an estimate after another well-reviewed shop in the DMV quoted me nearly $5K to get my back quarter panel repaired. Lionell gave me a much better price! He is a great friendly guy and made me feel super comfortable leaving my car in his hands. Once I dropped off my vehicle, three days later I was able to go pick it up and the result was FANTASTIC. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - and will certainly come back here if I ever need work done again!

If you are looking for a body shop run by people, and not a large company. Look no further. Lionell is easy to talk to and work with. They did a fantastic job! Would recommend LB Auto Body and Paint to anyone!

If you're looking for a true and honest auto body shop, this is the place to go. Lionell is the ultimate professional and a great person to talk to. Not only have I found a great body shop, but I also think I've found a friend. Don't worry Lionell, I won't bother you too much. I know you have work to do. LOL! LB Auto & Custom is the best little secret in Manassas. My daughters car needed repair after an accident and this shop did an amazing job in the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. Lionell is so patient, accomodating, genuine, and keeps you in the loop 100%. He went above and beyond for us and I am so happy we stumbled upon this shop. The car looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. We now have a friend for life and will always refer to LB Auto for any future work that needs to be done.100% recommend LB Auto & Custom to anyone and everyone!Services: Painting

Discovered this place online, which was in close proximity of my home. Lionell provided excellent customer service and did a fabulous job on my vehicle. A deer kissed my brand-new SUV in July. I was trying to get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible but the next available time was two months away. I called Mr. Bruton and he had my truck at his shop within a matter of days. He did a SUPERB job on it!!! I highly recommend Mr. Bruton to anyone who is looking for someone who is very professional and takes pride in doing very professional services on their vehicle with the utmost quality care.

My wife's car and a deer had an unfortunate late night meeting leaving the drivers side door and front end banged up. After 2 days at LB Auto & Custom the car looks better than it did before the accident. Lionell is one of the most genuinely good guys I've met and there is nobody else I'd trust with my car in the future. The quality of the work was perfect, communication was great and his recommendations on how to tackle the job were well appreciated. If you looking for quality work from a shop that's trustworthy and not just trying to make a buck but make sure your taken care of then this is the shop you have to go to.
