Great service. All ladies were super nice and even though the waiting area was busy, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for a general lab.

The Manassas location by Primce William Hospital has the worst customer service! Try to avoid this location! Erika & Shermela were very unprofessional in so many levels! They laughed at me when I said why I was there! When I asked for their names they tried to make it right. They shouldn't be working at the front desk. This is not the first time that it's happened. I will be calling corporate!

Slow Slow Slow, I think it is a little ridiculous to wait over an hour to take a drug test. Especially when you arrive when they start them at 8am

The issue with this place is that the test takers also do the frontdesk work, which makes it slow and not safe. Gloves touch the mouse of the computer too.

Not the friendliest place to get blood work done. Front desk staff were rude and impolite. When I took the gauze off my arm, I've never had that much blood soaking through before after getting blood taken with a blood clot and already bruising. I totally get its busy but please take the time to hit a vein correctly.

My doctor told me to come this place to have a blood test and saw the reviews was a terrible. I was a very nervous coming here but with my experience here was really good. Fast and professional and no one was a rude. I don’t know why they have a such a bad reviews.
If I can get a blood test this fast just walked in without appointment? I can not complain at all.
All the check in systems and notifications system was a very professional.
And the people who taking the blood works I can tell they’re doing great job.
I was a watching one little boy looks like 3yrs old. I couldn’t believe that boy didn’t even cried when they did the blood work for him.
That means technicians are really good at it.
They deserve better reviews.

Terrible attitude by the front desk. Basic questions are enough to bring out the rudeness. Life is hard enough as it is, why make it more difficult?

An unpleasant experience and I make this comment so that other mothers like me are not treated badly and have to go through bad times in these places where Hispanic women work with little professionalism and who do not love their work. I understand that there are very kind bilingual Hispanic women, but not this one. was the case.
I took my little son to this laboratory by order of the pediatrician and the receptionist, a woman with a thin complexion and who was already older, who was the same one who took the sample from my unkind son. Minutes before, I had already given her the order in which it specified what What the pediatrician needs, he asks me what type of test my son needs and I answer and also tell him what he can verify in the order after that. In a sarcastic and abusive manner, he tells me that if the allergy test tests positive, my son She would spend her entire life going to that laboratory to take samples, I was scared, I told her that I needed to take a photo at the doctor's order and I did, who abusively told me that I was doing something illegal and something prohibited, How is this possible, the actions of these types of people are sad.

Terrible service; they used a trainee to learn drawing blood on my teenage daughter. The trainee didn't even know how to properly draw blood and my daughters blood was falling everywhere from the draw tube. Really incompetent behavior from Labcorp as an organization - I expect better quality of service and concern from employees. This location - try to avoid if possible. The staff their was super unhelpful and inattentive to the issue.
