I’m not normally one to complain but I was completely offended and taken back by the prejudice behavior of the workers. Being asked a condescending “What are you doing?” while looking around for a dining room table for my home was the last thing I expected today. The truth is there was no mistaking this for misspeaking, because the body language of the woman who said it came off defensive and unwelcoming towards me and my partner. Who trained you to speak so unprofessionally? There was no, “Hello welcome to our store”, “how may we help you today”, or any other variation of professionalism. There’s no way I was going to be willing to spend any money on a store that interrogates customers looking to become future patrons. There was a noticeable difference in the way she treated the Hispanic patrons compared to me and my girlfriend, who are both of Black American descent. I strongly recommend anyone coming here to go somewhere else before considering spending a dime on their overpriced, out of date furniture. You’ll at least get better customer service at a different store, and won’t feel like you’re being profiled and antagonized for browsing store inventory.

We furnished our entire home from La Monarca and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. They had a great selection of products, very reasonable delivery and assembly, great prices, and above all, they really take care of their customers and make sure that you leave happy. From the moment we walked into the store till the moment all of our furniture was delivered and assembled, we received great service and couldn't be more pleased with everything that we purchased. If you need any furniture for your home, I couldn't recommend this establishment more!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I ordered a entertainment center, sofa and rug and they compliemnt each other very well. The staff here are very accommodating and made the whole process painless from purchase to delivery and setup. thanks guys.
