I walked in the lady was gossiping about lord knows what with two other people. Definitely do not greet people when coming in. Also, they did not even ask if we were looking for anything specific.I was looking for kids clothes and they have nothing. This store is literally empty. I would assume because it is a big location with space they would fill it up. I will definitely stick with what Woodbridge has instead!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!I would give 0 stars if I could.Terrible business. Bought two hats that were slightly overpriced. In the store there is a sign that says all final sales can only be exchanged, and have to be exchanged within a week. We went back 5 days later to return our 2 hats, which were not priced as a final sale, and we were not told that they were a final sale. Both hats were barely out of their boxes during the 5 days we had them. Our return was denied and they refused to do anything but let us exchange it for something else. The extra kicker was that we only had until tomorrow to do an exchange! So I will say it again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!Worst experience I think I have ever had in a shop. I feel cheated and lied to and scammed over. Just aweful.

Very nice store and very nice young lady working at the front. Walking in you feel transported in to a cowboy shop. They have a large selection of hats, boots, and belts, additionally some clothes and accessories. They also wash and reshape your cowboys hats for $35. Everything is good quality western wear, a lot of which does not have price tags. I got completely ripped off. I bought a nice Bullhide Kingsman hat for about $148 as a birthday gift for a family member. The young woman was very kind and told me I can come in and exchange if the size does not fit, which I did. She was so nice I offered her a tip, which she kindly refused. I come to look online and this same hat is $79 on Amazon, Ebay, and HatCountry. She charged me 1.85 times the retail price. I really liked my experience there, I felt like I found a gem in Manassas. I am very upset because of the price difference and feel ripped off. I recommend and enjoyed the selection, customer service, and environment. I do not recommend La Herradura as a store because I was price gouged. I will not be going back.

Got a cowboy hat for Christmas that didn’t fit. Went to exchange it for different size. They wouldn’t exchange it because it had lint on it.

Before this used to be a great store when this one old man used to run it because he was so kind and generous and now these grumpy ladies run it that have no manners and are super rude to customers

Quite possibly one of the rudest customer service interactions I have ever experienced. Upon walking in, I was speaking Spanish with a young woman worker there and asked to try on a hat. She told me the price and immediately asked me if I wanted to buy it, I had it one for maybe 30 seconds. I thought this was very rushed and quite rude. Secondly, I tried on the next hat and she did the same thing, rushing me to make commission. I told her I was trying to take my time to which she didn't seem too pleased, and when she assumed I was from Mexico she seemed disappointed that I told her I was Puerto Rican. I liked a hat she showed me and took a photo of myself with it just so I could remember the style to which she told me I wasn't allowed to take photos in the store, I wasn't aware of this rule as there were no obvious signs in the store, and I wasn't aware I was visiting the Louvre in Paris. This isn't a museum, and the designs are certainly beautiful but it isn't something I haven't seen before as there are many, MANY, Cowboy hats and it's a style that's been around for hundreds of years. Towards the end of my visit before I even said I was leaving she rushed, gave me a card, and told me basically goodbye have a nice day. It was so beyond rude I will never return and I would like to speak to a manager about this incident. Completely unprofessional and shocking.

This store does not recognize concealed carry licenses. For that reason, I refuse to do business there.

I found this place online, called to verify that they were open. After going an hour out of my way, I saw the attendant lock the door at 4:50 pm as I drove in the drive way. Advertised open until 7 pm. I would never go back!!!
