I wanted to be sure to leave a review here, especially since usually it's only dissatisfied customers who are most inclined to leave reviews. I'd like to set the record straight. While I understand that maybe there have been some scheduling mix-ups for some, or maybe some past cleaners were not as enthusiastic about the quality of their work as they should have been for some other's experiences, I have NOTHING but great things to say about Katie's. They're always easy to deal with, they always do a good job, and if the service I have requested is not enough to produce a clean result then they recommend something else. I never have felt pushed to spend more money than I felt comfortable with or as if I was being "sold". They've always been thorough, on-time, and reliable. I wouldn't rely on the opinion of a few disgruntled individuals who only want a soap box to stand on. I'm telling you that this cleaning service is stupendous.

Best cleaning service in the area!! The cleaning team is just as fabulous and so very punctual. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and not only love their cleaning service, but I also appreciate their high level of customer care. Anytime I've had a question or needed to reschedule, the office staff has been accommodating and nice. They always follow up to make sure that you're happy with the service and if for any reason you're not (which I have not experienced), I'm confident that they would make it right. I am in the business of training on customer service and I'm pretty sure they could teach a class for me. I must also give a shout out to Katie herself because she is a strong, successful business owner who makes sure to always take care of her staff, her customers and the community. She gives back to help those less fortunate and makes community service part of her business values and company culture. I love Katie's Cleaning and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality cleaning with high quality customer service.

Katie cleaning service SUCKS . let me start by telling you guys that i told them to come early before 11 or at 11:30 she send me text message by saying that the cleaners will be here by 10:30am to 12:30pm then apparently she decided to change the schedule on her own to 1:30pm to 3:30pm (keeping in mind i told her that we have guest coming) so today i called her to ask about the cleaning crew arrival time and she doesn't know and now the guest are here so i wanted to cancel the appointment their policy is robing people without doing shit if you want to cancel you ARE STILL PAYING THE WHOLE AMOUNT WITHOUT GETTING WORK DONE . Take my advice and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN. I repeat DO NOT HIRE THEM. Google reviews are fake read the reviews on yelp and other sites for the honest reviews

Scam!!! I asked them to do a clean out on a rental. She required a deposit 65.....fine. Then when they showed up there was no power. She insisted on rescheduling for 2 days later, then she charged me for a cleaning that day 195 plus an additional cleaning of 206 and NEVER did any work.

This was our first time using a cleaning service. We were amazed with the results, especially our glass stovetop and all the nooks and crannies we didn't even realize!

Communication before, during and after were excellent! The cleaners showed up on time and were ready to get to work. It was a big task and they were able to finish the entire house in the allotted time. I highly recommend Katie's Cleaning Service.
