This review is for Joe and Dan of the Service Department. I dropped off a problematic vehicle (mechanical issues from an accident) and their team went above and beyond to assist me. They were enthusiastic and courteous throughout the process of outlining repair options. In fact, everyone from the parts department to the shuttle service were a notch above other dealerships. They also saved me about 10% off what other dealers quoted me.

My Service advisor Amy Wagner was absolutely amazing and very helpful.
I was in and out in no time she was able to assist me with my warranty issue And kept me posted through the process. She is very friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Keep rocking Amy.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. Service department wants to charge my son $195 to determine if a recall procedure needs to be done on his 2022 Honda Civic. Despite the fact the recall notice says it’s free (inspection and repair). I called Honda and confirmed that 1. The recall applies and 2. Regardless if a repair is necessary there should be no charge for an inspection.
Dishonest at best. Putting my kid’s life/health at risk at worse.
EDIT: I want to also add that I called the dealership to make sure there was no misunderstanding and confirmed they wanted $195 if for some reason my son’s car didn't require the recall remedy. ALSO, we took the car to Chantilly Honda and got it diagnosed and repaired free of charge. They didn’t require an appointment and got him under way later the same afternoon he dropped it off.

I previously had a bad experience here. I am revising that because of one service advisor. Alex Garcia is a ROCKSTAR. He has changed my whole outlook on Joyce, and while I don’t always agree with Honda Corporate, Alex has made my experience at Joyce Koons redeemable. Great service, honest and straight to the point. Never felt like he wasn’t looking out for me ever. Great job Alex!

I always take my family's cars here for oil changes, the concierge service plus Amy Wegner as our advisor are always a great help. The 25 point inspection and the complementary car washes will keep me coming back here!

I cannot speak more highly of this place! We had been looking for a car for my son for months, locally in NC. The local dealerships, would not budge on the price and added junk fees. We drove new and used cars and spent days of our time at the dealerships. We were completely frustrated. We found a car at Joyce Koons, brand new. And the price was substantially less then we were finding new cars around here. They honored the online pricign and made the whole process seemless!!! We bought it online and they delivered it to my mom outside of Richmond. Tim and Eddie were just great to work with. I was so impressed with the customer service, and they didn't try to add on junk fees. They were honest and upfront. We got a brand new Honda Civic Sport for less then a used car locally. Thank you!!!!

My review is specifically for the service department. They have a great service process. I worked with Mark and he was able to turn around the repair quickly for us. I recommended using them if you need to use Honda for service.

It's a dealership anything oem plus is overpriced for what you would still get the same at a napa or something. No use unless specialty but 5 stars decent repair shop too

Amy Wegner was my Service Advisor and she was AMAZING!!!
Generally every time I arrive at the service bay to drop off my car for a scheduled appt, the first row of Service Advisors usually doesn't acknowledge my presence. While
I understand everyone is busy, I generally don't get a Ma'am, someone will be right with you...nothing. Yes, eye contact was made but no verbal acknowledge. This time was no different. After waiting for several minutes, I decided to approach the second row of Service Advisors and walked up to Amy. She immediately greeted me. I told her I had an appointment but was a bit early. She said she would be right with me and asked me to stand next to my vehicle. Before I made it back to my vehicle. Amy was right there to check me in with an amazing helpful attitude. Once checked in, she even helped me with a good place to eat while I waited. During the service appointment. Amy constantly keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle. She even asked about my meal. My vehicle was on the recall list for the fuel pump. Amy let me know that it could be replaced during this visit because the part was available. Amy's amazing attitude continued as we closed out the service appointment. I can't say enough great things about Amy. The way she treated me and the way she made me feel like a valued customer is what all Service Advisors should strive for. THANK YOU Amy for everything !!! Keep sparkling!!!

I use Koons all the time. Love their free loaner car program. Free pick up and delivery. Affordable oil changes too
