There was no employees to assist any of the customers!!! There were only 2 employees working at the counter 1 long line for people purchasing items and another long line for customers requesting shoes. I wasted 25 mins in there waiting to get a pair of sneakers in my size and the line didn't budge so I left with nothing and went to the Nike store where I was helped with my purchase! I definitely will not be returning to this Snipes location, they need to hire more staff and hopefully retain their employees!

Not pleased with the sizes that were in-stock at the store. Getting someone to help me took forever. But the selection of shoes was good.

I enjoyed shopping here. Very neat and clean. Lots of urban wear and high quality t-shirts. Jeans are the latest styles. Not very many shoes to choose from, they have many of the same shoes just to take up space on the wall. Store associates never approached me to see if I had questions. They just mingled with each other.

Went to exchange an item l bought, and was issued a credit for the difference on paper (receipt).When I went back a week later (the supervisor despite seeing the credit on the computer said l can not use that credit). Not only was I denied the option of using my credit, When I called customer service I got the run around more than once being told the “regional” would reach out to me to correct the issue and that was weeks ago!!!Clearly they are thief trying give u hard time and at the same time already got your money!! There is no good customer service! Worst store of all!! Will not be back!!
