I knew more than the one filling my taxes in this location. She didn’t even knew how to find the attachments I sent her, I sent her one file 6 times. And when complained to her manager. Her manager was very rude and disrespectful. Please find someone great to file your taxes. I didn’t let them file my taxes, I will find someone greater and respected.

I called to speak with my tax advisor. The lady taking the call instead of taking the message started laughing of the fact that my tax advisor is not longer taking appointments. I asked her why are you laughing? She continues doing the same. HR Block should not hire people so rude to take the front desk calls. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager and refused to give me her name. If you have only this person in the front desk is her. There is lots of people out there looking for a CS job, and this type of behavior does not help your business.Thank you!

I submitted my paperwork at the end of February and was told on 9 Mar that there were technical issues the representative was trying to sort out to be able to submit my return. I kept checking in asking about the status but received vague responses and no further communication about any problems. I ended up visiting the office after several weeks of this and was told that my return still had not been submitted due to the technical issue that I assumed had been cleared up. I took it on good faith as I've used H&R Block for over a decade that it would be fixed and I patiently waited several more days before reaching out again and getting another vague response. I finally asked point blank if the problem was resolved and literally have had no response. I will never use this company again for my taxes, there is no communication, no customer service and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this where a representative holds onto your taxes for a month and will not respond to direct questions. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Preparer needed assistance from his boss 3 times to give an estimated cost, which ended up being over $500 for an hour of computer work. Incompetent consultant and a waste of time/money.
