We had good experience during the test drive and purchase. Front office lady was friendly and welcoming. Sales guy was friendly and cared for helping us. Financing was streamlined and Technican was knowledgable. This review is for the entire buying process. We only have car for a week now and hope everything stays good with it as well with no surprises in the future. I would recommend this dealer.

***HIGLY RECOMMEND*** This car dealer has been great for me. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. All of my cars have been great. Highly recommend this dealership and my sales man Cristian. He will definitely work with you until you find the car you want. Of course the cars are slightly overpriced but I expected that. My only issues with them were the pricing and the distance from my house to the dealership. The customer service was on point, and the quality of the cars were really good too. I'm 3/3 right now with my purchases and looking forward to trading in my camry for an upgrade. ****HIGLY RECOMMEND****

Purchased a car remotely from Lupita and Sonny as I live in another state. Both very professional and responsive via phone and email. Helped me every step of the way with all of the paperwork, financing, and working with the shipping company as well. Even after the sale and after the car arrived they continued to help answer my questions and calls without hesitation. I wanted to come on here to post my honest review of this dealership. I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in such a long time. I went to the dealership last month prepared to sit for hours but this was different, it was not a long hour wait and I was surprised. I had the pleasure of meeting Cristian and his team who all made my husband and I feel more than special. We already knew exactly what we wanted and we were able to drive away with a great deal on the vehicle we wanted. I must say that the professionalism along with the courtesy towards us made us feel more than valuable and I have already referred three people to go purchase. Thank you Cristian for all your hard work and dedication.

My wife & I got a 2017 Explorer with low mileage at a decent price. Vehicle was in excellent condition Christian, Jamie & Sonny all worked with us wonderfully, we traveled 4 hours & they had everything waiting for us & just as promised things went very smooth. They were friendly and knowledgeable & vehicle was immaculate from inside to outside & waiting for us. If your looking for a great vehicle at a good price & friendly people this is the place to go. Well worth the drive & if you need financing they will work with you & get you moving!!

Buyer beware!! I recently went here to buy a BMW X1 and am having a horrible experience. I noticed after driving back home that the car would shake ferociously when braking. I was scared the car would swerve off the road so I called Christian to express my concerns. He initially tried to say I would be responsible for paying for repairs, how? The car had just "passed" inspection so they must have some sort of agreement with inspector. After further inspecting the vehicle I noticed the car had actually been in an accident (even though it was listen as no accident) and repairs were made with drywall screws and "black putty." I had made an appointment for my rotors to be repaired and when I arrived was told I would need to wait 3hrs before they could get to me. Currently my tags have expired and when I called to get an update from Christian, he hadn't even filed for them yet claiming he thought I would be getting them myself. I was charged for for tax, title and processing fees already, lied to about car accident history, and then had to fight for them to correct their mistake selling a car with warped rotors. I was also pressured into signing paperwork quickly and I am realizing they also scammed me into paying more for this vehicle. It was listed on their site for 14k but was charged 19k on top of the fees and insurance. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience managed by Christian.
