“The comments I've read are horrendous this is an amazing hotel. Hospitality from the front desk and the workers here are top tier. Jacuzzi room was amazing I'll definitely be spending my money here again. There may be a slight delay with check in that's really all too it since the front desk person is always working exceptionally around the clock. “Such a great hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and the employees are super helpful and kind. One employee who helped me was JJ. I called in with a couple questions about the hotel and the reservation and she was super kind and helpful. She was super patient when I was asking a bunch of questions, you can definitely tell she cares. The room was extremely clean and the cupboard is pricey but convenient and has everything you could think of!”

“I liked this place alot. The area was good to there was just some people walking outside and I believe that why they have the doors locked after hours which is the time that I went and that's understandable. The guy at the desk was nice and professional. The rooms was clean and I like that they is a court yard part but people on the outside can't get in there with out a card but I just really like that so you basicly go outside but your still in the hotel ??.!! If I'm in the area again I will be back here.!!”

“i have been at this hotel for a while. My experience has been decent. The room service could be better but the front desk has been excellent. Maria helped me tremendously, especially the last day I was there. the other front desk staff were very supportive as well.I would only recommend that when a concern arise that the management improve on listening. Instead of reciting policy. Look at each situation for that situation. I been their a long time and spent a lot of money on your hotel. I felt ostracized by your management and because of that I was lectured about the policy instead of them just listening to me. I found other hotels I could have patronized for less.In the future I suggest listening because the concern I had was just a disconnect in communication. I been here 2 months and have a reservation for another month. I feel i earned the right for someone their hearing my concern.With that said I like the location and definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.Thank your staff for treating me so well.”

“Traveling through the area for work. Booked online last minute. Very bright busy area. IHOP is next door. Close to everything supermarket, gas station , walmart , fast food all in walking distance.Decent hotel 3 floors .Stayed in non smoking room.New sink .Updated bathroom.Brought our own linens .Excellent housekeeping these ladies worked every single day. Very friendly. The young gentleman with the glasses in the morning was very professional keeping everything in spotless.Food & drinks: Everything is pretty closeWendys McDonald's IHOP dominos , WingStop walmart”
