“My review falls in line with the other reviews. Warm welcome when I arrived . Very courteous team members and customer service on point. The hotel is modern and placed in a safe beautiful neighborhood. Food options close by and fill up gas stations. I enjoyed my room with the flat screen TV and comfy beds. I also appreciate the extra towels and face cloths already placed in the bathroom. Needless to say I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great night stay. Thanks to all for making my trip a pleasant one.”

“My experience was nice. The room was clean and well appointed. However, there was a problem with my door that would not automatically close fully. The breakfast was excellent and the food was as good as any restaurant.
Food and drinks: Great breakfast comes with the room and it provides a measure of value beyond a place to rest while traveling.”

“This is definitely the place to stay while in Manassas.
Great service from the minute I entered the lobby.
Hotel is very clean from the common areas to the room.
The restaurant was fantastic from breakfast, dinner and night time drinks at the bar. There was no need to leave and deal with traffic and lines at meal time.
Rooms: Enough space and very clean and comfortable”

“This Best Western Battlefield Inn gave me the best experience that I could ask for because they treated me like family for the length of my stay there. Housekeeping was extremely prompt and thorough with their job. Breakfast was good and hot everyday. The hotel staff really were very very friendly and helpful to me and my family always ❤️. I will always remember them well for the great service that I have received at Best Western battlefield Inn Manassas Virginia.”

“We’ve had the pleasure of staying here for several days/weeks on and off as we pass through town. The rooms are clean and the prices are good. Some of the rooms have even been renovated already in their plan to sort of revamp the place. There are many places to eat within walking distance, so it is in a highly “walkable” area. The staff here are very kind and accommodating, most notably, Maria. I would like to give her the recognition she deserves for all her hard work and dedication to keep the guests happy. I signed up online for a free membership with Red Roof to collect points and was able to get a free night during one of our stays. However, prior to being able to collect those points, all of our records were a mess. Maria was patient enough to help us sort through our reservation history so that we could call customer support and get those points. Overall, we are happy with our decision to stay here at the Red Roof and plan to in the future as well!”

During our stay, I had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, and the front desk took care of it immediately his name is Ali They came to our room within minutes and followed up shortly after to ensure everything was working perfectly.”
