Rude AF for no reason. Just called to report a car that was park at a spot it wasn’t supposed to be parked. And the answer I got was “you don’t own that spot” sorry I was trying to give you some profit.

They tweeted my car one week ago, they said bring so many documents , I get that all but owner is Horton’s keep finding me problems trying to keep my Vehicle. Now no way to speak with them , read to get attorney . Please all customers don’t business with them .

GEICO roadside assistance dispatched Horton’s to me, provided me the phone number. I called them just to make sure the information had come through properly since GEICO’s app was a little glitchy. The guy who answered was very rushed and flustered, and basically here’s how the conversation went:
Me: “ Geico just dispatched you to come pick me up, and I wanted to make sure that the details came through properly.”
Him: “The dispatch just came through, we probably haven’t even seen it yet… {muttering and basically cursing under his breath}. Where are you?”
Me: “Rest area on 66.” {sensing he was slammed}, “If you want to wait until you see those details and give me a call, I just wanted to make sure that the details all came through properly.”
Him: “No, I don’t even want to tow you anymore.”
{click - hangs up on me}
The whole conversation was probably 30 seconds, no more than a minute. That’s my service experience with Horton’s Wrecker Service. Didn’t even get a tow, because apparently calling the number GEICO gave me for them to confirm accurate information (and potentially save us ALL time) was enough for them to deny me service and hang up on me.
