Very welcoming, the gentleman at my check in was very nice and same thing with the other one at checkout.
I think for the quality and price of the hotel, they should include breakfast, instead it was extra, I opted to bring my one.
The rooms are a little dated.. Small tv and not smart so no chance to connect with Roku. The ac is also dated and the shower.
The main door had huge gaps from where light was leaking through the night.
But overall quiet, comfy bed, clean and good service

Do not stay at this hotel!!! Upon entry my sister was greeted with hostility by a guy working the front desk. We reserved a room for a night over the phone and drove a good distance to get to where we needed to be. We told them that we would be arriving at 5:30am and we were told we can check in at that time. Well the guy at the front desk was very hostile and told my sister she was wrong and that he doesn't know who or why she was told that. And that check in was at 3pm. We then had an encounter with the manager and he told us that if we check-in that we would have to be out by noon. Which doesn't help since we have been driving all night and needed rest. Instead of trying to figure out a solution he suggested that we go to another hotel. This place is awful. Save yourself the time and money.

This is definitely the place to stay while in Manassas.
Great service from the minute I entered the lobby.
Hotel is very clean from the common areas to the room.
The restaurant was fantastic from breakfast, dinner and night time drinks at the bar. There was no need to leave and deal with traffic and lines at meal time.
Rooms: Enough space and very clean and comfortable

Worst hotel ever. They gave me the last available room and it was terrible! The King bed was severely caved in. It felt like I was in a hammock with no support! I only laid in it for 2 hours and now I have a stiff back and can’t sleep. The mattress should be replaced. The lamp shades are stained. The curtains are broken and won’t close all the way. The room is outdated. The front desk had no other rooms for me so I had to check out and find another hotel. I’ll never stay at another Holiday Inn again. Worst experience ever!

I had a FANTASTIC stay here a couple weeks ago. I was greeted welcomed and even offered with a warm smile. I have not seen that in hospitality in many many years as a traveler. So instantly Kartez, made me feel so welcome. This gentleman was nice polite efficient and professional. TOP NOUCH! My check in was... Well I was speechless. It took all of 3 minutes. He also educated me on the IHG program. If I can get this customer service at all IHG hotels I'm definitely going to join. I love how he labeled the hotel "one stop shop"... It truly was. I was able to walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I was able to enjoy a night swim in a clean pool. I even dipped in the hot tub for a few. Later in the evening I had a nice glass of wine great dinner and a awesome bed. Woke up to free coffee in the lobby and great pay as you go breakfast. Check out was smooth. And plenty of parking..... A+.....

Absolutely the best hotel in the area. Not to meantion the front seat gentleman name Rob is very professional,polite and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible
Safety: If you travel like I do there is no need to worry about your work truck and belongings in your truck they do have cameras as well as the place is safe for company vehicles
Food & drinks: Great restaurant inside food is great

Giving this hotel a 4 star rating. I needed somewhere to stay for a work related assignment and it served its purpose. My room was clean and was very spacious. I didn't interact with much staff aside from the guy that checked me in, and he was friendly. The hotel is located in an awkward location, but not far from restaurants and shopping.

What a wonderful hotel I come here a lot every time I come I am greeted the front desk. Staff are amazing. They’re nice polite. Make sure all of my accommodations are met. The rooms are clean. Beds are soft. Bathroom is clean. Lots of parking. Nice size gym breakfast I highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I booked a weekend with them. A week prior, we both called and asked about our reservation because we never got the confirmation email. They expressed that they had no information on their end for our reservation and that the room was not reserved. About 2 months prior we had picked “pay at the location” and the money was taken out of our account the Thursday (checkout was the next day). The hotel has now said they can only refund one night and the other was the charge we got for our “no show”. I am still frustrated and confused. I will not be referring ANYONE to this hotel. I am very dissatisfied,

Would give them a negative 5 star rating if that was allowed. They charged me $51.63 extra. They allege that I ate at their cafeteria. I called someone by the name of "Cortez" if that is really his name. He claims that I ate there. These people are scam artists. Be careful giving out your credit card to them . They will fraudulently bill you for services they never rendered. Now I have to dispute this matter in court.
NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
I warn you ahead of time, avoid this place at all cost.

For 200$ a night, it was disappointing to not get breakfast.
Rooms were nice, but could soon be eligible for an interiors upgrade. Location is close to Washington Dulles airport, about 20-30 min drive depending on the traffic
