Recently we dropped off a steering box to be rebuilt. We were told it would take 7-10 days.... 40+ days it was returned after Heavy Fleet and my husband fought with the company who was rebuilding the parts. When the steering box was fixed/returned, Heavy Fleet rectified the situation completely and we walked away satisfied customers!Heavy Fleet has EXCELLENT customer service, quality parts and we will continue to do business with them in the future. BIG SHOUT OUT to J.R. - professional, respectful and persistent... He is the definition of "customer service professional"!
