“Went for a hatchet and left with way more. I love Ace Hardware. They always have the neatest stuff. This was the day before a snowstorm, and I wanted to use my solo stove. Needed a new hatchet. The hatchet (Fiskers) was a bit more $, but it is a mighty fine tool. Grabbed a boy's size axe. It's easier for me to handle. Saw oil lamps in passing - was just thinking of these - room the last 2. Also, a bottle of oil. The hydro plants without soil were a godsend because my cats like to go in my potted plants. Grab some fat wood and firewood as well.”
“Just left there today was doing a job and the guy got the blade stuck in the saw. I said hey I'm taking it to harbor freight, you guys take a brake I'm going to get more blades and and a grinder to make sure we're able to do things right. I walk in covered with sweat and ohh I find the store manager. I think he thought I was some lunatic but once I asked for what I needed he lead me up the correct aisle and got me my blades for the saw and even helped me get the blade out of the saw.( SORRY AGAIN ABOUT YOUR GLASSES GETTING KNOCKED OFF) His customer service was A1. I don't know what everyone else saw it's a shame you didn't meet this guy. He's what the employees should be, if you stop by this store find him he'll help you and make your visit better than what you thought. Guaranteed!!!! They got 5 stars because he was diligent in helping me”

“Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!”
