Just left there today was doing a job and the guy got the blade stuck in the saw. I said hey I'm taking it to harbor freight, you guys take a brake I'm going to get more blades and and a grinder to make sure we're able to do things right. I walk in covered with sweat and ohh I find the store manager. I think he thought I was some lunatic but once I asked for what I needed he lead me up the correct aisle and got me my blades for the saw and even helped me get the blade out of the saw.( SORRY AGAIN ABOUT YOUR GLASSES GETTING KNOCKED OFF) His customer service was A1. I don't know what everyone else saw it's a shame you didn't meet this guy. He's what the employees should be, if you stop by this store find him he'll help you and make your visit better than what you thought. Guaranteed!!!! They got 5 stars because he was diligent in helping me

Love harbor freight but this specific location is a total mess. They are very bad about restocking their shelves. There is usually only one cashier working until the line gets ridiculous. They also invent their own policies that are different from other stores. Just this past week, they decided that looking up purchases by your phone number wasn't allowed for returns, you had to bring the original receipt. Do yourself a favor and go to the Woodbridge or Sterling store til there is a change of management here.

I love this place. It’s always organized and everyone that works there is usually very helpful. I feel like I’m there weekly at times.

Just wanted to give Matthew a huge shoutout. I bought a heavy box and a we stranded but he came out and helped me get it in my truck. I really appreciate his help. Not to mention he helped with the merchandise. Also thanks to the manager. I think they were the only 2 there.

STILL WONT REOPEN BATHROOMS... BAD LOCATION WHY?? EMPLOYEE SAID THEY DONT WANT PEOPLE STEALING OR TO HAVE TO CLEAN THE BATHROOMS.

This has become one of my favorite HF locations. The store is clean and very well stocked. The employees are helpful and courteous. I have only came away without one of my items when a knife I was shopping for went viral on social media last Christmas and they sold out at every location. The Icon tool line is of the same quality of some of the best traditional big name tools for a lower cost.
