I was running behind and schedule and decided to pop my head in and see if they had time to fit me in for a quick cut. They closed in 30 mins so I was prepared to turn around and come back another day. JOANNA said she could take me and was more than happy to do so. Right away, she had the most pleasant demeanor and was just the sweetest the person ever. She sat me down and asked me exactly how I wanted my hair and was just cool about everything. We went to wash my hair, and I hadn’t washed my hair yet so I apologized and she said it was fine and didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my hair haha. Anyway, I generally don’t talk a lot to my stylists. I’m not a big talker because I have a hard time connecting with some women as I’m not the a very feminine type of woman. However, she made an effort to reach out and we actually clicked very well. I had a good time chatting with her and I loved the way hair turned out!!! I’ve been months over due and it just feels and looks so much better and healthier. She did such an amazing job, even checking in with me during the cut to make sure she was capturing what I wanted. She’s such a lovely, beautiful, person inside and out, with a lot of talent. I just want to give credit and recognition where it’s due. I highly recommend JOANNA for your haircut and friendly convo!!!

This location is on my way home from work very convenient and great service! Wonderful stylist Ednia!
Stylist: Ednia was recommended to me by a friend. She did not disappoint me. She is a good listener and superb stylist! Professional and great with people. I wanted a nice new style that is easy to care for. I wanted quite a bit cut off and she confirmed a few times you make sure that is what I wanted before she cut. It's so nice and current! I love it and will definitely go back.
I believe the hair services by Ednia are highly desired. A few people came in requesting her and willing you wait a few days for EDNIA!
Will return!

Requested style: Took photos of cut I wanted. Stylist very nice and did fair cut but not exactly what I showed her. I've never gotten a perfect cut exactly like I wanted from this particular Hair Cuttery even with photos. I think you'll get an okay half way decent haircut from here. They try to please and are always very nice.
Stylist: Very nice young lady.

I came in & first question asked was if I had an appointment, to which I didn’t because I’m not from the area I just moved here and I was driving around pretty early in the morning, trying to see what “my” next salon would be. She said I could get just a haircut now, but if i needed a blowout, to come back because everyone’s booked and they had someone recently started on the drying so they wouldn’t be done with them soon, I didnt like the sound of them rushing a hair cut, but they told me to come back within 20 minutes to which I thought, I could just wait here but then she said come back in 40 minutes so I just ended up walking out. She was friendly, but the switch up from now to 20 to 40 mins was off to me. & the idea of them rushing my haircut was a no from me.

Do yourself a favor and never come to this location. Dulce is simply the worst hair stylist there is. I went for a simple bang trim and she messed up in every single way, making it WAY shorter than what I told her. Everybody knows that a bang is longer when is wet and she tried to "fix it" by blowdrying it. When I told her I needed to speak to the manager, she told me there was no manager - she snatched the cape off of me and told me to leave if I wasn't happy and went to the back. After few minutes, another employee came with a phone with Toria, the "manager", on the line - she basically accused me of kicking Dulce's stuff and provided no solution, she was just as rude or worse than Dulce. I was clearly upset, but I would never kick anything. There are cameras and plenty of people that can back me up. Antoher employee had to take over and did the manager's duty, she calmed me down, and tried to fix my bangs. Don't ever come here.

My daughter went to have a haircut and Dulce messed up her hair. Toria the manager was completely useless. What are the requirements for working here ? To be rude and useless?

I’ve been contemplating if writing this is even worth it. I came in a little less than 2 weeks ago for a single color package. Annie was incredibly sweet but upon further inspection of my hair at home I have spots where color was not applied so it appears splotchy (specifically close
to the top of my head) . During the gloss application I had spots of color that got on my pants and top and it was getting all over my face as my hair had not been clipped up or put in a processing cap . My package included a blow dry but when I asked for my curls to be diffused she said she didn’t have a diffuser so she couldn’t dry it. I left with a wet head and nothing to define my curls, which left my hair very frizzy as it air dried.

Dulce did an amazing job! She was super understanding of my concerns and talked me through what my hair needed. She was kind and amazing to chat with. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to get my hair cut again!

I HATE MY HAIR. I LEFT IN TEARS. My hair was down to my bra strap. I went in for a meds trim and now my hair barely touches my shoulder. I'm devastated. Absolutely will never return for a cut with the lady in the first chair.How do you go in with bra strap length hair, ask for an ENDS TRIM & leave with a bob ????
