“It is usually a pleasant visit for me at this location. I must say, there are times when I have waited between 7-10 minutes to be helped when waiting at the customer service desk. Also, there are times when the line at the customer service station is long and is being worked by only one employee. They could really step up their service when it comes to the customer service station. Other than that I have had no problems locating what I need, paying, and getting out the door.”

“It's unfortunate, the competition with Walmart has caused them to choose reservation, and remove some good products. I believe if the doubled down on their brand it would give them the opportunity to be competitive in pricing. Where someone like myself who lives 5 minutes away could give back by purchasing more goods. Because they have reduced their inventory so much, I have to go to Walmart that takes at least twice as long to get to. They also provide good customer service as well. Both locations are good!!! ??”

“I believe this is the best Lidl in Manassas. The layout and flow of the store is great and there seems to be more options on the shelves. Was able to get a basket of groceries for under $200 which is great in this day and age. The Cons are the cashier (Black female with ponytail) unfortunately wasn't' welcoming. I had to speak first to get her attention while she was busy listening to her white ear buds as she began to scan my items. She didn't say anything else to me until she told me my total. I didn't feel like a valued customer. Another con is that I can never find everything at Lidl. I always have to go to another store to get other items.”

“I was really hoping I was going to like this place as there aren't too many international groceries near me. The produce looks great and honestly no complaints in that regard. I bought chicken tenderloins from here and within a few days of being in my fridge they smelled horrible. I threw them into my garbage can in the garage after bagging and tying it up in a produce bag. The next morning, even with as cold as it was (near freezing) the smell filled the garage. Sell by date on the chicken was still Anyway, long story short, this made enough of a first impression that I won't be coming back Workers that interacted with were super friendly.”

“Love this place. Some items are a little more pricey but definitely worth it to avoid well known name grocery stores. No waiting in lines outside. Its not super crowded. They are definitely following social distancing procedures. Staff is usually pretty friendly. They are well stocked. In and out quickly. Never huge lines at check out. Sometimes they do have some pretty good sales if you have a Gold card.”

“I stumbled onto this location as I had to leave my vehicle across the street for repairs. The store is very small, but has a lot of interesting spices and such, for those who enjoy cooking. The lady who was working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful as I asked a few questions regarding some of the products. In the end I walked out with a bag full of interesting spices and I couldn't have been happier!”

“I love this Giant. The cashiers' here are always friendly and professional. The bakery and deli are great too. The pharmacy is well, I have only ever had an issue with the pharmacy and it was resolved. Otherwise I have always had a pleasant experience and the prices are great more so because of coupons and their sales are allowed to be combined even from other stores.”

“This Sprouts location seemed to have recently opened up in the Manaport Plaza. The store itself is bright and well-organized and seemed to be well-stocked. Most of the staff here were welcoming and super friendly, except the one individual who seemed to be in the worst mood, stocking the cookie/baked section. We ended up purchasing a delicious labne dip, some of the store's oatmeal cranberry walnut cookies, and some pita chips that were on sale. The self-checkout is super convenient! Ample parking in the lot. +located in the Manaport Plaza +plenty of parking”

“This location is a wonderful addition to the community, very clean outside and inside. I have visited this location over three dozen times, its the best 7-eleven in the region bar none. Great team too, everyone there is professional, charismatic, and very cheerful! After three dozen visits, I can say truthfully that no matter how long the line, it never alters the quality of customer service. It's the only location I’ve been to where the staff makes product recommendations for food, drinks, and it's very refreshing because no other 7-eleven I've been to operates this way. Reanna helped me out today and was kind, professional, and very friendly. I also love the food they have in house! So fresh! None of the hot food is just something, it always looks and tastes nothing less than mouth watering”

“My first time in the store & defiantly great impression. The store runs by a friendly and lovely family (Suzan). Great variety of Mediterranean products. The sweets & bakery items are super fresh, the best fresh Spinach & meat Fatayer ever (Pie). Prices are lower/reasonable comparing to others competitors. I'll post more pictures on my next visit :)”
