I have bought 4 beautiful, large rugs here that both my husband and I love. The quality is excellent and we have had great customer service each time. Steve in rugs was very knowledgeable and was so helpful in finding the different colors and styles that I've been interested in each time I visited.

Make Sure avoid Kevin McManus at this store. He depolys shady sales tactics, promising one price then bumping it thousands of dollars, all "in conversation" because he's not good with email. I would run from him and this place fast!

I don't understand the negative reviews, especially about the quality of furniture. Those reviews must be from people who have not shopped there. I have been in the store twice, bought a nice Rowe sofa the second visit. Both times the service people were outstanding. The salesperson who helped me with the sofa, Edward, had the patience of a saint as I am not the most decisive. They have a huge selection of beautiful furniture and amazing art as well. Is it cheap? No, but it's also not junk, I was hoping to find something that would last, and hopefully I did. I'm not a designer, but this store makes me think this is where a good designer who knows how to shop for bargains would visit.

My wife and I stopped in today expecting to spend $10 - 15,000 on an entire living room set. While looking around, our son picked up a small set of decorative boxes on a table that were priced for $89.00. Shortly after, my son told my wife and I that he would like to get them for some of his things. While discussing them, a grey bearded man in a blue vest showed up, rudely took the boxes from my son, and then set them back on the table like they were priceless artifacts in a museum. The manner that this sales associate acted was completely rude and uncalled for. Following that, the staff seemed as if they were "randomly" following us around. Not as if they wanted to make sure we were being taken care of, but making sure that our son didn't touch anything. The entire feel and situation of this place was uncomfortable and infuriating. So we left without buying anything from them. Then we went to another store that we looked at earlier, where we were welcomed (our son included), and purchased everything from them this evening. A little bit of courtesy and personal interaction skills go a long way. After the experience today, my wife and I will never be back to this place and I recommend the same for anyone else reading this. The gentleman in the red sweater was really nice though, thank you! Sadly, the other man already had us fighting the urge to sprint out of there.

Was really excited to pick out items for a home I'm remodeling and thought I'd get good guidance from the sales associate. WRONG! Was assigned an associate named Rosemary who could have cared less. I found a great vanity and wanted to check about ordering, but after standing next to her for 90 seconds at her desk - with not a soul around, she completely ignored me. Seemed like there were 5-6 other associates that would have been happy to take the commission - as there were only 2 other customers in the entire place. I left and I don't think I'll be back.

The customer service is as bad as the reviews suggest. When I arrived the store was virtually empty. I saw sales people, but no one offered to help me. After about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to inquire about assistance, I was told that I must have "snuck in" which is why a sales person wasn't assigned to me. Insinuation: The lack of service was somehow my fault.Eventually, I was given a salesperson to work with. After selecting a sectional and fabric, he promised to send me pricing the next day. After waiting 6 days and emailing him, I called the store to see if someone else could help me. The person that answered the phone had a tone that suggested I was bothering her. When I explained the situation I was told that my salesperson has been busy. I understand being busy, but I recall the store was virtually empty when I was there on Sunday and it was now Friday. How busy could he have been all week? I again asked if someone else could help me. I was then transferred to a gentleman that was even nastier than the woman that answered the phone. I was honestly perplexed. I was treated like I ran over their dog. After pointing out that the rudeness was not necessary, the gentleman hung up the phone on me. When I called back, twice, the phone went into voicemail. They clearly have caller ID.This was by far my most bizarre customer service experience ever.

They have very nice quality furniture, we were greeted when we came in. The stock was a bit scattered, and it was not easy to see how things were organized. When we finally found what we were interested in, we could not find our salesperson. They paged him when we were ready. We waited over 20 minutes, and then we wound up leaving without purchasing.

We ordered a soft from this group. There was a stain on the sofa and the distributor and Green Front both claimed that the other was at fault. As a result, we have a sofa with a stain and we have to figure out how to fix the stain or have the sofa recovered.

Total waste of time rude sales people, don’t waste time rugs are better at Marshall’s. No discounts trust me. I called ahead and was told misinformation. Waste of three hour drive.

Our sofa set arrived today 8/11 and it was exactly what we ordered. The delivery people were extremely helpful and worked with us. They get a 10 on the service since we thought the set was opposite what was ordered but talking and listening it was determined the set is correct and double checked by measuring. It was so confusing but they did a great job in listening and helping. We know have a wonderful sofa set L shape. The staff at Greenfront are great people and very responsive. Thumbs up for them. Need furniture go there for the best service and price. Thank you for all the help. We even drove to NC and their price was higher than Greenfront. So we definitely checked manufacturers.
