Great local gym. Helpful and friendly staff. Our family has been going here since 2017. Free weights, squat racks and multiple other machines spread across 3 floors. Fitness trainers and classes offered for gym members. Beautiful view of trees and wildlife outside gym windows is a nice bonus.

Facility and Management are great. Be advised, I witness lots of dudes leaving the restroom without washing their hands going back into the gym 😬
