The Vietnamese lady was rude. She started the manicure with an attitude. With frowned face, kept telling me what not to du with my hands and even told me to not do it if i didnt listen to her demands. Their entire business is based on customer service and return customers… well i wont be coming back here for sure. They will shut down or will barely make money to keep upService: Manicure

i went in for a full set of gel acrylic nails, i initially wasn’t thrown off by a long wait because i know that happens sometimes but i’m the middle of doing my nails, an employee got up to go tend to another customer for about 10 minutes. they just seemed distracted and not really focusing on the job that was being done. my nail lengths are inconsistent, unevenly shaped, and some are very thick. some nails have acrylic going over the cuticle and one nail is already about to fall off because of it. i get my nails done regularly and have never had a set done this poorly before. i would not recommend going here.Service: Acrylic nails

There was more then 2 of us that went to go get a manicure and they left all of our nails crooked we told them what length and they kept cutting really short looks like we didnt even get a manicure and one of the lady that one that usually does pedicures gives everyone an attitude terrible dont recommandService: Manicures

They cut my cuticles twice, my nails are crooked and uneven and not even fully painted. One nail is lifting and one broke for being poorly put on. So disappointed, never going there againService: Acrylic nails

Do not go here. I went for an eyebrow wax and the guy spent no more than 3 minutes before he said he was done. He did not shape them, he did not trim them, and he missed whole rows of hair that I asked to be removed. I asked him to shape, trim, and catch the hairs he missed and he said my hair is too thin which is not true as my eyebrows still look like caterpillars. I was then asked for a tip on top of the 12 service fee and the job wasn't even complete. I will never go to this place again. The lack of professionalism was apalling.

I chose Glamor Nails since it was close to a sister we were visiting. I made an appointment but after reading the negative reviews, I was tempted to cancel the appointment but since it was already made I decided to chance it and I'm so glad I did. I got a manicure and a pedicure and am so pleased with the results. They were so polite and friendly. And the cost was cheaper than what I pay in Florida. I will definitely go back when I'm in town again.

I wish I had looked on here before wasting money!!! I got 2 full sets for myself & my daughter, they upcharged for everything (length, shape, color)! My daughter's set looked ok, but mine looked fat & thick compared to her set. We went to another salon to get them filled, they all had to be removed!! Almost all had fungus under them because water was getting underneath the whole time!! Save yourself money & just go any place else....Dream Spa & Nails are amazing!!

If you have credit card difficulties, they, esp. manager, will rush and harass you and are not very polite. Don't bother coming!

Horrible! The man rushed on putting on acrylic, cut up cuticles on 3 of my fingers bleeding so much. And not even 3 days later a nail falls off. Never coming back to this place. The staff was definitely rude af as well. You def get what you pay for.

I'm so disappointed and mad at myself for actually paying the tech after he did such a joke of a job on my nails. I went there with my mom and her gel manicure was ok so I felt bad to make a big deal in front of her. The place is dirty. The work stations are filthy! First of all the guy did what he wanted to do, not what I was asking him to do. After a few minutes trying to explain him what I wanted, I gave up and let him do whatever he was saying. After over an hour sitting there, we came out $92 dollar poorer and with a horrendous job done. Please see the pictures and judge yourself. I got this done yesterday evening and I toke this picture this morning. I would never comback to this place! I really hope you understand the pain! It's not like I have the time or the money to throw in the trash like that.

I went to get a pedicure with a friend, and the lady who did my pedicure was too rough and cut me. I really didn’t like how my pedicure came out.
