Unfriendly and rude staff. The self-check out malfunctioned and the person who’s watching the self-checkout starts criticizing me on how I don’t know how to use the self-checkout machine. I remember why I stopped coming to this Giant.

I used the self-checkout today around 12:30 and was helped by a great employee! I had a few items that didn't scan and she quickly helped me out while still being friendly and greeting other customers. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she had silver hair and helped me get on my way very quickly. Massive shout-outs to her!

I love this Giant. The cashiers' here are always friendly and professional. The bakery and deli are great too. The pharmacy is well, I have only ever had an issue with the pharmacy and it was resolved. Otherwise I have always had a pleasant experience and the prices are great more so because of coupons and their sales are allowed to be combined even from other stores.
