Awesome experience at this Giant! As close to a Market Basket I've found since moving here from New England. Employees very nice and friendly. Deli clerk went out of her way to come find me after accidentally telling me they didn't carry what I had asked for. Very clean store, well stocked and well staffed. Not the closest to my house but I will be a regular!

I don't usually care to leave reviews of places, let alone grocery stores, but for the second time this week, I encountered such a friendly cashier. Ziad has a bright personality and it really just turned the stressors of shopping into pleasant experiences!

I have the very good experience every time I go to the pharmacy there everybody's so polite and friendly it makes it fun to go to the store also the rest of the store the cashiers the customer service bosses everybody in that store has a pretty good personality and it's very friendly

Better experience at this Giant during our last visit. Was able to get everything we need for a little under $300. The self-scanner that you can use to scan your grocery items as you shop is always a nice to have but they never have plastic bags available to bag the groceries as you shop until you get to the register. Shopping and checkout were easy, and this trip was a better customer experience than the past.

The Bad: Our cashier Jokiera needs to be re-trained on how to provide customer service to valued customers. Unfortunately, she has no customer service skills but a young acting mentality. Our recent experience wasn't welcoming or friendly from her and it's no excuse that she is a young lady that is bratty. We got in her line to check out, and she did not acknowledge us at all. I had to speak first to prompt her to say hello in return. She then proceeded complaining to the head cashier and the cashier next to her while checking us out about having 24 minutes left in her shift and she wanted to be relieved from the register early because she was ready to go home. When the head cashier said no and stated that "you don't get everything you want in life", Jokiera even stated to the head cashier that she is used to getting her way. She also stated that she is her father's only child and is used to getting her way. When she doesn't get her way with her father, she screams. Not a good mentality and attitude in any type of job in my opinion. Personally, I think the back and forth and the fact that we were ignored while being checked out was very inappropriate as we just wanted to get checked out and be treated a valued customers for shopping at Giant. I am also in the customer service field for my career and the way Jokiera acted would not fly well in what I do. If we see Jokiera as a cashier again, we will avoid getting in her line knowing that she doesn't have any customer service skills. It's the small things that matter in customer service in my experience.
The Good: Besides the unfortunate check-out experience, we had a good experience shopping in the store where we found all the things we needed. We like the fact that the store is being kept clean even though it hasn't been that long since it opened.

I went there today and was lucky enough to have Leon from the meat dept help me at the deli counter. When he found out I was from out of state, he brought me over to check out the "best" fried chicken. I told him later this week I will buy some to see if he is right. Loved the interaction with him. More employees need to be examples like Leon

I like Gaint store. You know its items they have that I can get elsewhere less expensive. You usually don’t walk out of there spending $75.00 or more so when I go I stay focused on what I came for. My snacks?

Giant is an awesome store to shop at. Good selection of groceries, bakery items and produce. Clean well organized store with nice staff

Your produce cooler sucks.. never any kevita kombusha! Plus the regular ginger is gone! And when you have it on sale, you can't keep it stocked. Usually when things are in sale and they sell high, we keep extra in the back. Lazy. Not to mention its price went up.. just so you know, I can get these for under 3.00 at amazon and they suck at stocking too. I will reduce to one star if you dont fix this issue..APPRECIATE IT... and I run a department myself so I can talk...

I was shopping last Tuesday morning. I moved into the only checkout open that time of the day. The cashier talked on the phone the entire time she rang up my purchases. At first I thought she was speaking to me but then saw the Bluetooth device in her ear. It wouldn't have been so bad but I purchased one and a half dozen fresh donuts for work which she proceeded to bag turning them upside and on their side. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. The deli associates walk away when they see you coming. Employees don't speak to you anymore. With the prices so ridiculous anymore you'd think common courtesy would be a large part of employee training.
