I had an awful experience with a cashier named Robert (name tag BOB) at the Sudley Road Giant last Friday, August 26, 2021. He was very slow in checking out an elderly lady in front of me and then he was very curt to the Hispanic lady in front of me. She had a couple of items and he told her for faster service, she should have gone to the self checkout. She waited patiently and didn't say a word. When my time came, he had to stop and put in new tape for the coupon dispenser. He couldn't do it and called over a manager to help him. 5 minutes later, he finally started ringing my groceries. He has such a lack of customer service. Finally I was checked out and getting my groceries from the wheel. A young Hispanic lady was behind me and only had a bottle of soda to buy. He again reiterated that for faster service, she should have gone to the self checkout. He should retire and does not represent Giant well. From now on, I refuse to shop at that Giant. I will go to the Giant off of Wellington Road.

Very bad service in the pharmacy went to pick up my prescription and the guy in the counter refused to check if my prescription was ready, did not gave me any reasonable explanation why. I’m a diabetic and is not fair the treatment they gave me.

I went here for the first time to help my mom with her covid vaccine. Pharmacist Nguyen was amazing and even remembered us when we came for our second visit. We're so grateful we could patronize this wonderful Giant location in our 15 minute waiting period by buying some ice cream and other goodies. Would highly recommend this pharmacy and Pharmacist Nguyen for your vaccination needs!

This store is terrible. I am POC. On the self-checkout I had a clerk watching me charge every item, until I paid off. Doing her job, right? Well, there were two other people using the self-check registers but he didn't bother with them because, they were white. It is racist and humiliating.

This place is horrible. Came in looking to buy pizza making supplies(you know; things a grocery store should have). I got all but two items and then spend 20minutes looking for my last two things. When I couldn't find pizza dough(fresh ball style). One nice lady helped me but unfortunately sent me on a wild goose chase. At least she tried! Then she sent me to the dairy section where a rather grumpy guy in a hoody told me they didn't have that style. He was grumpy. I just left and went to Shoppers. They had everything I wanted and were nice. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

I hate giant they just scam me off I bought a item when I was done I was home and it Wasn't there the lady was holding my item I never see put it in my bag so giant is a j*** that wants your money and I see a item that was Expired
