Well that was a waste of time. Ordered a tire. Was told it would be fitted by 9am the next day. Rang up at 1pm. It will be done in the next half hour “guaranteed”. Went 1.5 hrs later. Still not done.

I rarely post reviews of any business, but my experience with this shop and with Rodolfo, specifically, was above and beyond, superior service! I initially brought my vehicle in for an alignment as the steering was shaky. The team did the alignment but I was still having issues so I returned two days later. Rodolfo immediately recognized me and asked why I was back so soon. I described the issues I was having and he took the time out of his busy day to show and explain to me the issues, then proceeded to help me figure out the best options and fix my vehicle to perfect working operation. Go here and ask for Rodolfo!

They are VERY SLOW!! I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I waited until 5:45pm to receive my vehicle. I was told that they are under staffed but I saw 5-7 employees standing around chatting, laughing, and having a great time while the rest of us in the lobby had to wait. What is the point of an appointment if I’m waiting all day long. It’s like this EVERY TIME I go there and unfortunately, that is the closest Firestone to me.

I have been going to the manassas location since I moved out here. I decided to get new tires for my truck and scheduled an appointment for 11/18/23 total cost was around 1200 I got there checked in an hour after they pulled my truck in they called me to the counter and told me they were charging me an extra 150 per wheel cause I had aftermarket wheels that were reverse mount. After I told them I would not pay that and to pull my truck around the manager that imposed the charges waved it. This is ridiculous that a shop wants to rip people off that much. The only difference between normal mount and reverse mount is that the face is down. Be careful when dealing with shops and know what is right or wrong. This shop is wrong trying to get additional money from customers for the same work.

I have used this place several times and I am ashamed of it. First time, got my tires changed. They lost my lug nuts. They capones they could not find the wrench that was in the truck. They also used another wrench to remove them scratching the ones they did not lose. Later when I was home I found the wrench in the seat compartment as all Tacoma's have. Second time, I took my truck to get oil changed. Someone stole my CDs. I had those over a decade. They were in my truck compartment since I got my truck in 2017. I didn't check until a week after oil change. I called to inquire manager swore his guys would never did that and gave me my money back. I regret not making a police report and make them show their recordings if that shop. I let it go. Third time, after those incidents I took my truck else where. During that oil change they tell me screws from plate under the truck are missing. So more lost parts from Firestone. Do NOT go there.

Radolfo and tony were amazing help! They actually look out for the customers well being. They helped fit my car with tires and gave me the best options for my buck. They resolved issues with my other car as well. The whole family comes here and will continue to because theyre just such great guys. Good work and keep it up! I could write so much more wonderful things about the guys at this firestone, but itd end up being a whole essay. Thank you for your help and your help in the future. Give em a raise ?

This is the only mechanic I've ever been to where they take 4 hours to do an oil change, screw up the oil change, and then tell me it will be over $100 just to diagnose what they did wrong. Never going back to Firestone.

I took my car for battery terminal repair. A very simple fix, take the old terminal out and put a new one in. Tony called me to let me know that the wrong part was delivered and that I could either leave the car over night or let one of the mechanics fix the terminal. I agreed. I picked up the car and Tony assured me they fixed the problem. I had to jump start the car twice since. But, because it was just too hot, I did not bother to a look at what they had fixed. Tonight, I went out to take the battery out thinking I need to return it for another, since it is still under warranty, only to find out that Tony had lied and they did not even touch the problem. They tightened the old terminal and never thought I would find out. This makes me very angry. They think they are smarter and can say or do anything and people would believe them. This is a classic story where good honest mechanics are scares. Never trust those guys, make sure they did what they said they fixed before you drive away. I would have grade them less than one star if there is such grade provided.

Called them Saturday afternoon and advised we were having some kind of a brake issue and were 250 miles from home - were supposed to go home Sunday. They were the closest (55 miles away) from our location and the closest shop with Sunday hours. They told us to get there as soon as we can so they have time to order parts - we arrived at 11 on Sunday.By 3:45pm they finally took the vehicle back.Advised at 4pm that we would need all 4 pads and rotors to the tune of $1400+ ….outrageous! But the problem we were having was in the rear. I advised we did front brakes and calipers in Aug 2022. I said I may entertain the rears at $700 (which is robbery) just so we could get home safely. He said “well it’s too late to order parts now” - well no $hit Sherlock! We have been sitting here in 90 degree heat with a dog since 11am! Still charged me for a brake check. Decided to chance it and drove home.Get home and had Mavis look at it and they said none of the brakes need to be done and it’s actually a problem with the e-brake.Unbelievable experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service is subpar. The staff are rude, and made me feel like a second class citizen. They didn't take time to listen to my concerns. Even when I asked to speak to the manager, it was like talking to a brick wall. I felt very uncomfortable going in there, thankfully it was my last time.
