Doesn't seem made for the residential customer. Needed 1' of 1.25 inch CPBC for a project. Made me buy the whole 10' pice for 50 dollars. Gaskets and commenters were way overpriced. I understand now why plumbers charge so much

I'm a plumber and run my own business. Ferguson has a good selection, but my biggest gripe has been that they price gouge at EVERY location I've been to. I'm pretty sure the counter sales guys get commission or something because that'd be the only reason why they price gouge every time. That's with establishing an account as well, you'd figure as a plumber they'd offer discounted rates. I'll give you an example of how they price gouge: Some time ago I was on a job and needed a 1" copper 90 (sweat, not propress). At the time, I worked for a large company who spends six figures every year with them so you'd imagine they'd get the best tier pricing. Anyway, that's all I needed that day. The guy at the counter said it'd be...$40+ lmao. I would usually just swipe the company card since it didn't make a difference for me but man...$40 for a $5 part. When I said something, he immediately "discounted" it to $20 lol which is still 4x the price of what you'd pay anywhere else. That's just ONE example of many. I've noticed a trait though. They'll charge somewhat reasonably for some items, and mark up (by a lot) a couple items, usually double the cost anywhere else.

Poor customer service. I left frustrated and still don't have what I needed. I spent a great deal of time emailing with Ferguson to get the correct tub faucet replacement part. I have a Kohler System. I sent in pictures of the part to be replaced and the exposed copper pipe in the bathroom on which the new faucet needs to go. The information I received back from Ferguson was wrong. Based on their feedback I ordered the wrong part from them. I returned it to the showroom on Ballsford road. The man there was not helpful either. I wanted a kohler faucet. I had the part to be replaced with me. He told me he was "too busy" to look up my information to order the part and pushed the sale of their knock off faucet instead!!! If Ferguson is TOO BUSY to help customers, eventually you won't have that problem because I and others will go elsewhere!!! Thanks for Nothing!!!! 9/8/2020

Went to return previously purchased items and was treated rudely by a lady who says they may not have time to return my items. After being in the store for over twenty minutes she comes out and tells me I need to go outside now because I wasn't wearing a face mask. After a watched them ring up other customers who where also not wearing a mask. Will not be using Ferguson anymore not a fan of there customer service.

The woman who works at the front desk is extremely unknowledgable about plumbing or anything related. Messed up my companies order multiple times. You can tell multiple people working here were family hires. Not qualified.
