Delivery for priority freight was for 2 day to deliver on a Friday. That didn’t happen. Needed to track down this place, call repeatedly, all to finally talk to a women who clearly didn’t care ONE bit. They didn’t give me an option to even go pick up because it was in a trailer and not accessible. So, they held my freight because they can and don’t care. All of which causes inconvenience to me.

Fedex is the worst courier around! Package said delivered and my package is no where to be found. Takes a arm and a freaking leg just to get in contact with an incompetent customer service rep who’s telling me he can’t even contact the person who was on my route!! HATE FEDEX. do not recommend!!!

I just had a pick up service in Sterling, VA (today, March 14, 2023) and the FedEx Freight driver, Brett, was so kind, friendly, patient and compassionate. My dad passed away yesterday and today has been such a sad day, without knowing that Brett totally entertained my 5 year old and let him "help" him out. My little guy was smiling ear to ear. He was so happy. His demeanor was such a needed relief, giving us both a reason to smile. Thank you do not seem adequate enough! He is a great representative for your company.

Terrible customer service. Shipment not delivered when scheduled. Sean at Manassas facility was rude. Shipment should have been delivered on Thursday. I called Friday to ask for reason why not delivery. Told me best they could do is Monday. Thats 3 days after initial scheduled date.

I have a driver who doesn’t want to deliver my order and has scanned 2x now “Incorrect address -Recipient moved” even after contacting customer service multiple times. I will actively chose other options even if they’re more expensive.

damage freight, deny claims and stuck us with double shipping costs. these guy's policy to to fight the shipper on everything. go with a smaller company who has real service. we deal with many freight lines, and Fed Ex is very poor with transport times and communication

They horrible! They cannot full filled they scheduled delivery when scheduled! They always delay my packages delivery. They making bunch of excuses that we not home and lying that also they left a ticket note but I never seen one . They are horrible on customer service and bunch of lier and lazy workers. They never on time on their schedule of delivery! You wait all they long for them and cannot go anywhere and at end of the night , they said cannot make anymore delivery and my status delivery to pending. You should’ve just closed your business because you don’t know what you doing ? I wish my stuff never ship to fedEX Freight . They always cost lots of delays and problems when you need your packages to be delivered. Bad ! Bad !

Wish I could give them a zero. Most unprofessional FEDEX terminal I have ever worked with. They scheduled a delivery and no-showed. I called the terminal and they said they would deliver the next day. Delivery driver called to tell me he was outside my house with my delivery, but he wasn't. 5 minutes later he calls me back to tell me he had the wrong number he is at a different house. No showed again. Called the terminal the next day and they claim to have lost a 1000lb package of 8ft steel poles (not a small package). Waited 24 hours called again, desk person refused to give me his name and stated "if you want to know my name why don't you come out here and get it, I'll be here all day" Asked for Manager wasn't in. Have called 4 times and asked for manager (Jim Russ). Seems to never be in, have left him multiple messages; has not returned any calls. Employees claim they are independent of FEDEX and not owned or operated by FEDEX..... interesting, Absolute worst FEDEX Freight experience ever!!!! Read other reviews I am not the only unhappy customer. FEDEX needs to investigate this terminal.

The delivery driver refused to deliver our freight package stating that it is FedEx policy to only deliver curbside. They will not enter the property. Mind you, curbside to our rural home is a quarter of a mile away from the actual house. Curbside would be the side of a busy street. We have had plenty of freight deliveries including a crib and dresser delivered before and never have we had a company state they couldn't deliver on the property. I spoke with a customer service representative and she suggested that I make arrangements for another delivery/moving company to meet the FedEx guy at the curb to complete the delivery. What?? Beware of this "policy" when selecting your next shipping method as you may be choosing a company that only does half the job. Their slogan for 2021 is "where now meets next". It should be "where now meets next as long as it's only at the property line".

Unprofessional customer service. Rude management that does not stand by our agreement.I don't often write reviews, but this incident was incredibly unpleasant. I had a packaged shipped to my place, and was told I would be given a curtesy call 1 hour before package arrived. Both the driver and FedEx called me after the driver already arrived at the property, but I was not given the 1 hour notice. I immediately called them. Spoke to an individual that said I would be charged $140 to have the package redelivered. I asked them to provide the call logs that showed they reached out to me 1 hour beforehand, and they declined. They insisted on charging me and spoke in an condescending tone.I requested that this be escalated to a manager. The manager kept saying "we called you three times". They did. All of the calls were after the driver was already at the delivery destination. Manager also refused to provide call logs to show 1 hour advanced notice. He didnt seem to grasp that I would not care if they called a million times - they didnt adhere to the agreed upon 1 hour courtesy call. I'll commend the manager for sticking up for FedEx's bottom line, but this gave me a terrible customer experience. I hope others learn from this, and I will refrain from supporting FedEx in the future.

FedEx driver w/dumfries route will not deliver anything after 5pmCONSUMER ALERT*I don't know what are fedex policys regarding lazy drivers that dont care about costumers.This is 2nd time and i had to do something about it,ill be reporting this careless lazy person to corporate

Fedex Freight Manassas delivers absolutely terrible customer service. Aggressive, antagonistic personnel who hide behind policy when they make mistakes instead of trying to make things right.
