Took me 33 minutes to get passport size pictures, he captured pictures and was talking with a guy for 30 minutes (not an important conversation). Very poor customer service.

Tried to drop off prepaid FedEx packages, wasn’t aware FedEx ground can’t be shipped here. Asked if I could leave it for them to pick up since it’s prepaid? No. Then the person sent me to a FedEx ground gated warehouse that is NOT FOR DROP OFF!!! Horrible service.

HORRIBLE MANAGER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT EVER GET ANY PRINT SERVICES DONE HERE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONE PRUCE AND THE MANAGER WLL CHANGE IT TO CHARGE YOU MORE!!! SHE WILL NOT HONOR THE QUOTE AN EMPLOYEE GAVE YOU AND IS NOT SORRY ABOUT IT. ESCALATED ISSUE TO CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT!! I CAN'T WAIT TO HERE BACK FROM MY FILED COMPLAINT! DO RIGHT AS A MANAGER!! DO RIGHT AS YOU WILL WANT THAT ONE DAY!!!!

This morning, I urgently needed to make a print and walked into the store. A woman greeted me, but she was very rude. I told her I needed to make a print, but she completely ignored me and acted as if she didn’t see or hear me. Her behavior was extremely disrespectful. I do not recommend this place at all.

Have been here at least a dozen times to ship and print various things. I've always been assisted promptly and employees are always super helpful.

The worst customer service. The 2 employees there don’t know how threat paying customer and of course since their manager is not sure the have the worst attitude don’t come to this office ever. The don’t wear name badges and went asking for name to be able to let corporate know about their bad treat to customer the denied to provide it and the don’t even provide store location

Friendly professional service. I went at 10 am on a Saturday morning, there was only one other person in line. There was only one person working. Once I reached the counter, I was taken care of quickly.

Sajana was very helpful and understanding especially after I realized I no longer needed my item printed. She was polite over the phone and in person answering all my questions. Can’t speak to other services.

I’ve used this place several times and I’ve never had a problem. The staff has always been helpful and the Pinter/Copiers always work well. The place is also very clean and well organized.
