I’ve used this place several times and I’ve never had a problem. The staff has always been helpful and the Pinter/Copiers always work well. The place is also very clean and well organized.

I went today because i need to print a very important letter arround 6pm i ask for help one of the guys help me after that we not able to print my paper i went to use the computers sistems and i ask help again to another employe he just ignore me no one help me there was 3 employes working and no one can help me i think they are there to help custumers if we dont know how to use the sistems they can asist custumers to better understand how to use worst service i ever got before i spend almost 40 mins trying to do myself i spend my money and thats not the problem but i really feel so bad no one can help me i really need this letter terrible xperience never comeback this place

My company overnighted a business equipment to my home on Monday 3/27. Tuesday I received a text saying nobody home dropped off at fedex hub for pickup. I called and said I work from home and I never saw the fedex truck pull up. I sit in front of the window and nobody knocked. They said it would be delivered Wednesday 4/29.No delivery on Wednesday so I called again and was told the business was closed. This is an apartment not a business. Again I was home working all day. Told it will be delivered by noon Thursday 3/30. It’s Thursday 3/30, no delivery so I call again and told it is delayed, delivery Friday 3/31. At this point I do not believe it. My job paid for overnight delivery. I need this to do my job. Plus every rep I spoke with talked over me, very rude and the tonight hung up on me. Horrible customer service.I will call my job tomorrow and report this.

Since starting my own business last year, I've been to this location at least 100 times. The staff is always friendly, not just to me but every interaction I've seen. A few months ago they installed a self-service "kiosk" for scanning in your own packages and/or to print labels. This seems to have alleviated lines as I rarely see a line anymore. Further, the team is almost always at or near the self-serve to help and get me in and out super quick. I really appreciate the extra mile this location goes!

Horrible customer service, manager please train them.Last pick up time is 6pm for express and I'm at the store at 5:30pm. FedEx driver is still loading his truck but they wouldn't scan my package because they closed the batch for end of the day.On top of that, both employees challenged me that they are operating per holiday hours and it's posted on the door. Yes the sign says 6pm so why the heck they closed the batch before 6pm?I also took pictures so I can report this to their corporate office.

I don't know if I've ever wished for the ability to give negative amounts of stars before, but here we are.If UPS or USPS or any other option exists, you should choose that other option, even if it costs significantly more. You'd be doing yourself a favor.I sold something on eBay and used FedEx to ship it and not only did the product arrive to the customer completely destroyed, FedEx lied about the dimensions and weight of the box. So not only do I have to refund the customer but they are trying to charge me $260 more for shipping than I was quoted for.The best part about the dimensions? I bought the box from them, and the dimensions are printed on the box ?This store in particular is...okay if I'm being honest. Service wasn't really fast but it wasn't absurdly slow either. It wasn't friendly but it wasn't hostile.Everything else was egregious to a borderline criminal level.Don't be like me. Don't use FedEx

Horrible experience!!! I went in to use a computer to print three documents. The first two were one page each. They took longer than I expected and one that I sent as Legal Size printed as Letter Size so the important part of the document was cut off. The last document was bigger (14 pages) and I wanted two (2) copies. ...so I waited for that one, and nothing would print. The FedEx charges were growing--I checked and saw I was being charged for everything I asked for. I called an employee over to help. She randomly pushed buttons and after a while the first copy printed. So I waited for the second copy and nothing happened. More time was added to my bill and I called the employee over again. She thought she fixed it again and walked away. More time. I talked to a different clerk and he couldn't fix it so he offered to make the 2nd copy on a regular copier and give me a credit. My 3 documents by that time cost me $53.00 and he only offered $11.00 credit. I checked my bank account today and saw they made an unauthorized $10.00 charge. DON'T USE THEM EVER!!! I could've bought a cheap printer, used it, and threw it away for what I paid FedEx.
