Waited ALL DAY for my package, consistently checking my driver's location to be ready to sign for my package when he got here. Watching him drive by my house around noon thinking maybe he'll drop back by on the way back. Watched him on the map drive all the way back to the warehouse around 8. Called customer service and they just wanted to tell me it's still coming even though it's 9pm and his location is back at the warehouse for the last hour. I will never buy something again from any retailer that uses FedEx as their shipping method.

Lied and said they tried to delivery my package and business was closed. I am a residential address, was home, and doesn’t require a signature.

BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS FEDEX LOCATION. I received a phone call from a FedEx number on Wednesday at 11:47am. The rep told me that the driver wasn’t able to deliver my package because the maintenance people at my old address said I had moved. (That’s true — my apartment flooded and is uninhabitable— but I still get mail and packages there.) I told FedEx over the phone they could either deliver it to my new address or the one on the label — either was fine with me. They took down my new address over the phone, and told me that it was no problem, it’ll be delivered today or tomorrow. The next day came. Nothing. I called the same number back, and suddenly they had no record of the call or that agreement. Then I checked my FedEx tracking and saw that the package had been marked as “Delivered” — complete with a photo. Except the photo was only one package, and there were supposed to be two. That same photo was uploaded twice for both tracking numbers. When I went to the old address, there were no packages at all. The package in question was a sofa. Huge. There is no way it was sitting there unnoticed. I had someone physically at the old apartment all day Wednesday — they talked to the driver and told him to call me. They told me that the driver left with my packages. I live like one minute away and checked the area myself. The sofa was never delivered. Despite calling multiple times, explaining everything in detail, and even being told that an internal email had been sent, every new person I speak to has no record of my previous attempts at resolving this issue —like they’re hearing the story for the first time. One rep told me they’re “not allowed” to call and change addresses — but they did. I didn’t ask for this! It could have just been delivered to that address or if it was undelivered just marked as undeliverable and I could have just gone to pick it up at the warehouse! And now they act like that call never happened and even asked how I knew to call this number. It’s crazy! I wouldn’t know who to call if they didn’t call me first— the number they call from isn’t even listed on google!! The number that is listed is the generic customer service number. They called me from their direct number. This entire situation has been a mess — zero accountability, no reliable internal records, and no help. I’m beyond frustrated. I don’t understand how something this big can just “disappear,” especially when I have a witness and legitimate proof that at least one package never arrived. This has been my first experience with FedEx in this area, and I genuinely feel scammed. Man, I just moved here… I just want my sofa :(

Every ordee i order from FedEx ends up being a failed attempted delivery when when I am home. No note is left behind or anything no one here's a knock or doorbell ring I doubt they are actually trying to deliver my packages at this point

Last two deliveries have NOT made it to our home - we've had to file claims - either stupid or lazy drivers.

The drivers will mark packages as customer not available or business closed when they haven't even attempted the delivery. Fedex used to be good. Now they are the worst. Ontrac or UniUni can probably do better than Fedex.

Horrible Hub, extremely unreliable and drivers decide on a whim if they are going to attempt to deliver your package or not.

They're holding my package here and called me to tell me to come pick it up... No instructions on how to get in. Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes calling the customer service line (couldn't talk to a real human being and the call would end when I tried to give my tracking number). Called back the phone number that called me this morning to ask me to pick up the package. Call was declined THREE TIMES. Don't you think you should tell people how the hell they can get inside? The whole outer area has a chain link fence with barb wire.

FedEx ground drivers refuse to follow instructions!! They will not use the code provided for the entry gate. Though the code has been provided to FedEx in their app, on the FedEx website for our acct and directly to customer service. Still they refuse to use the code or internal communications is so poor they should not be in business.
FedEx drivers either do not deliver the packages and return them to the distribution center or leave them by the road to be stolen. FedEx is Not Customer Focused. Calls to customer service are a total waste of time. Useless script readers who refuse to allow you to speak with a manager. They waste your time and focus on Not Listening. Customer service reps can only read their script. I Never chose FedEx. Unfortunately others do and the recipient suffers the consequences.

Your delivery drivers need to learn how to deliver packages. They DO NOT belong in my U.S. Post Office mailbox or in my driveway!!!! They should be delivered on my porch. This is happening on a regular basis in Woodbridge and needs to stop.

Couldn't agree more with the recent review. They said delivery attempted and failed due to wrong address and it is the right address. How could they say attempted when they didnt even tried to come or not even call me at the number in the label. Your drivers are so lazy to even try.
