I had the most wonderful experience at Fashion Hair Institute today, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The owner, Nelly, took care of my hair, and her patience and pleasure in her work were evident every step of the way.
I have a hard time trusting hair stylists, but Nelly put all my worries to rest. As a natural brunette, I've had issues in the past with stylists leaving my hair brassy and orange, or splotchy, but Nelly NAILED it. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was respectful of the length I wanted to keep, not being greedy with the scissors. She understands that a trim is a TRIM. The highlights she gave me matched my inspo pic PERFECTLY – they blend seamlessly with my natural color and add the perfect amount of brightness. I also got thick money pieces that really frame my face well, giving me that "it” girl” look; in other words, as the kids say these days, Nelly “ATE” lol
My haircut turned out exactly as I had envisioned: stylish and flattering. The blow out left my hair looking smooth, full of volume, and incredibly vibrant. Nelly does a beautiful blow out and knows how to style thick hair perfectly. I have a super sensitive scalp and even though i didn’t share this with her—she had gentle hands when brushing my hair and it was deeply appreciated.
I've now found my new hairstylist and have officially dumped my old one of 10 years. My mom and sister have started coming here too, and they are equally thrilled with their results. I feel absolutely transformed thanks to Nelly's skill and dedication. I highly recommend Fashion Hair Institute to anyone looking for top-notch hair services. I can't wait for my next visit!

I been coming here for over 6 years. My kids hair stylist is awesome. But today I definitely did not have a good customer service experience. I have a toddler which I take all the time. He usually behaves well. But definitely did not like the fact that the person checking the customer in was trying to tell me what I need to do with my son. First of all he told him to stop running when he was not even running and he went close to my other son when he was getting his haircut cut. He told my son to get away from him He does that all the time when he gets his hair cut. I let him know that I am the parent and I tell my son what to do. He felt the need to argue with me. Definitely not professional or type of customer service coming from a manager. Never had this experience EVER here. Then after I left he was still talking about the situation. I understand if he was touching the items for sale or touching the decorations they had up. But he wasn’t he was acting like a normal toddler. Clearly he is not aware how kids act. So parents just a warning. I would definitely not be going if he is working there.

Professional place to get a hair. Reasonable prices! The salon was very clean and well- maintained, and the staff were very friendly and professional my stylist Skarleth, was very attentive and listened carefully to what I wanted and the end result was exactly what I had in my mind. I was also very impressed by her professionalism. I would Highly recommend Skarleth to anyone looking for a great haircut and a pleasant experience.

OMGG, I have to say Esther is an INCREDIBLE person and hairdresser! Not only is she understanding of her client, but she knows how to make her client feel confident and excited! I am in love and obsessed with my new hair right now, and I will definitely go back to her with no doubt! Overall the place is very nice, and everyone there is super friendly. I definitely recommend coming to this place 100% the experience was just perfect and amazing!

I was in this salon for the first time and Doris, the owner's sister-in-law, took care of me. I fell in love with the work she did on my hair. She was very careful and my hair looked great. I previously had it damaged in another beauty salon and I was already afraid to go to another place without knowing how they worked,
But I definitely recommend Doris ?
