Horrible experience with this company. I had an electrical problem in my house with a fuse that kept blowing. After 3 failed attempts and $1200 I decided to go with a different company that resolved the issue in a few hours for $300. This company is focused on sales and membership enrollment than quality of work and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend and would also not trust the reviews on their website.

I would not recommend this company. Total rip-off. My water heater was leaking, called this company at 9pm or so. Customer service was good. But....The technician came, looked at the water heater, went outside to see if I had a chimney liner, then told me I needed to replace the water heater and told me I did not have a chimney liner. He quoted me $7,500. Really??? Then tried to quote me $4200 if I got the water heater myself. Please. Ripoff. I ordered the tank for $700 at Home Depot, found a licensed plumber on Thumbtack and he quoted $1200 to install and for parts. AND...he told me I already had a chimney liner!!! PLEASE beware of these companies who take advantage of people. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Technician Justin Payne was as in the past have been early and his work ethic is outstanding. Additionally, I’ve had Techs Dylan and Mason at my home all at once to finalize the job with Tec Justin. All your employees are always so elated and sincere. My mind is at ease knowing the main house pipes are clear and toilet reinstalled. Semper Fi

***LADIES BEWARE***TLDR: Had a small gas leak, confirmed it with Washington Gas. Had F.H. Furr come over for a service call. They said I needed a whole new furnace and quoted $11k. Called another company for a 2nd opinion. That technician tightened the gas hose connection. Problem solved for $89.Washington Gas came out on Wednesday after I smelled gas in the utility closet and verified it was coming from where the gas line connects to the furnace. I then called F.H. Furr. Chuck came out a short time later. He insisted that is not where the leak was coming from and that I actually need the gas valve inside the furnace replaced. But since I have a “cheap”’furnace that’s 7 years old, it would make more sense to just replace it (these are his words). He set up an appointment with Dean on Thursday to come out and give me a quote. When Dean came out on Thursday he originally quoted me nearly $11k for the furnace. He had led me to believe this was the only option because of size restraints. When I told him that is a lot more than what I was expecting and I am going to shop around a little, there was miraculously another option. A cheaper furnace they carry for around $6k. Why wouldn’t he have presented both options and allow me to make the choice? I then said that I also wasn’t convinced that my current furnace couldn’t be fixed (it works perfectly). He said he was going to step outside to call Chuck to see how much it would cost to fix the gas valve. I said you can call him from here (we were sitting at my dining room table). He said no, that he was also going to call his manager and he went outside to his car. Immediate red flags went up. He obviously didn’t want me to overhear his conversations. He comes back inside a short while later. He says it would cost $1,800 to fix the furnace and his manager was able to take a few hundred off the the cheaper new furnace bringing it to down $5,600. By now I’m getting incredibly bad vibes with the whole situation. He wanted to get the install set up for either today or tomorrow. I told him I am going to be very busy on both days and would be in and out of the house. He seriously suggested that as long as I’m here to let them in I could then leave and go about my day. That’s absurd, who in their right mind would let a bunch of strangers do work in their house when they’re not at home? Anyways, I told him that I’d let him know. As soon as he left I called another HVAC company. A guy came out a few hours later. He was able to unscrew the gas the line with his fingers. He tightened it with a wrench. Problem solved for $89. This man also did a full examination of the furnace and said it’s definitely not the gas valve. That the leak was coming from exactly where Washington Gas said it was coming from.I am fully convinced both Chuck and Dean from F.H. Furr looked at me as an easy target. A youngish woman living alone. They fully tried to get one over on me.
