i didn’t catch the name of my nail tech but she was amazing and super friendly. she was great about telling me the prices for different things and asking me my preferences about my shape and length that i wanted. these are definitely some of my favorite nails that i’ve gotten done. was a little pricy but worth it for the service. 10/10 recommend

I could not find a consistently good place to go until a friend recommended this place. Based on my last experience, I would give. 3.5 out of 5. Otherwise, service has been 4+ stars. You can alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages with your service. I love that. They offer a variety of colors to choose from.I love KC's energy. She does great pedicures and eyebrows. On my last visit, I had someone else because I wanted a particular design. She did great the previous visit. The last visit she recommended a different color than the pictures I showed her. I wasn't sure about how my nails turned out because the black line (I agreed to) a bolder than I thought, and the lines in each nail had various thicknesses. Some weren't straight either. I went back to have the black removed, within 3 days of the service, and was charged $20.I'm not saying don't go. It's very clean and the work is usually great. Just be really specific of what you want and vocal about your dissatisfaction at the time of service. Also ask them their prices as they are not listed.

10/10! Carol did a great job on my nails! She is truly a master of her craft. She asked all the right questions and my nails came out looking exactly how I wanted! Ive been going to a different Nail Salon for 7 years and recently haven't been pleased with the work so I decided to try Escape and I am so glad I did.

Came in with healthy nails, left with paper thin over filed nails with a thick application of the hybrid gel. She was clearly struggling to apply it. Followed up with them anyway since usually their service is good enough and I was given a VERY YOUNG tech who clearly did NOT know what he was doing. Someone else had to fix is removal of the gel. Then he couldn’t get my nail shape even. I had to keep correcting him and he just kept tapering my nail when I just told him the top was crooked/slanted. I also didn’t even want or ask for my nail to be tapered at all. Wouldn’t be surprised if none of their techs are licensed at all. Sad. They have the potential to be great.

This place defrauded my teenage daughter. They did NOT communicate with her about what they were doing & how much they will charge. I called to speak with the Manager & he advised me they charge for nail polish no matter if it is gel or not. He said he could fix the problem by having her come back removing nail polish charging me for non gel polish & refunding her $3. What?!? For a gel fill they will charge you $50…go any place else!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but with the end of the quarter coming up, why not? I called the salon and made an appointment for a deep tissue and was surprisingly given time slots for the same day. Perfect!! Let them know, I’d love to do the 1pm slot and then was asked if I wanted a pedicure as well, I mean….. of course.Once I arrived, I checked in and I was surprised about the atmosphere behind the counters. Women, men, children all hustling and bustling, getting their nails done, beards trimmed, hair done, etc. I was escorted to the back where Ally was amazing the whole time. After a much needed 80 minute massage, she wasn’t sure if she had time for my pedicure because she wasn’t aware I had one scheduled afterwards, but she made it work. She came back, helped me with me pedicure and was amazing.Ally, I’ll definitely be back and thank you everyone for providing a relaxing environment to be pampered and self-care at.

I have been a loyal customer of Escape Salon & Day Spa since I moved to the area in 2018 and I have never been disappointed! They offer a plethora of services and take pride in what they do and by offering exceptional customer service to their clients. This gem is a staple in the community and you won’t be disappointed as it’s a one-stop shop. The owners and staff are awesome! So Escape the day away and make an appointment now!!Check out my Barbie ?inspired nails ??!! Designs are hand-drawn.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is over priced for the awful customer service they provide. A Saturday I went as a walk-in and was told to pick my color and someone would be right with me. After 40 minutes I asked how much longer and was told they had no spots available for walk-ins and that I should have made an appointment. When I asked why I was not informed upon arrival, the response was “well did you ask?” I didn’t think I needed to bc I wasTold to pick a color and that someone would be right with me!!! Bc I was gifted a gift certificate I returned WITH a scheduled appointment for myself and my daughter. After waiting 40 minutes I decided to leave.

First of all.... It felt Very impersonal to me. It is a chain type business and that was the vibe for me immediately walking in the door. I was just another number of many, is how I felt. I Made an appointment which meant nothing. They ran 20 min late. Good thing I had some time to spare....They wanted a 25.00 up charge for filing my fingernails in an oval shape.... WTHeck!!! And all y'all review reading folks...Be warned That was one of many extra charges not on their price list....I heard the words That costs extra so many times I finally asked what isn't extra....I had two choices neither of which I was happy about. ... and yes .... It was still expensive without the up charges! My nail technician was very nice and did an excellent pedicure in all fairness. .... gotta give credit where it's due. My opinion based on how I perceived my experience ...It has a corporate vibe. Technicians almost running to post their tickets at the front desk. So customers can pay, before rushing for the next customer... I made an appointment ....it didn't seem to matter... I still waited 20 minutes past my original appointment time . The gentleman who took me back for the pedicure turned on the water, helped me get seated , and walked away. After he left, the pedicure tub continued to fill, still no one came and the bowl continued to fill.... until the tub was close to overflowing all over the floor... deciding now was a good time to act and prevent a flood... I asked the nail tech working on the person next to me (interrupting their client’s experience) to turn off the water… time passed And eventually my nail tech arrived. The water was nice and warm... again gotta give credit where it's due.... This was Followed by me asking questions and hearing that's extra..or that's not included multiple times....It seems to me, based on my one and only experience at this establishment , Escape Spa's priorities seem to focus more on profit than a positive customer experience. I know, they gotta make money, and trust me they are! I've avoided places with this vibe for over 20 years. I'm new to the area sooo now I know more than I did and now you know my opinion too.... Bottom Line My nails didn't look horrible, however , they definitely didn't look like I'd hoped when all is said and done. I reshaped them into an oval shape myself at home. Saved $25.00! Sooo probably not a surprise to y'all readers... I'm not ever going back again. The three star rating is strictly for the technician who did a great job on an overpriced pedicure. I prefer the vibe of River Falls salon, and spa it’s maybe a mile away. It’s personal, calm, relaxed, and the quality of work for hair and nails is amazing! It’s also less expensive than Escape. It is a locally owned business by a veteran and gives a military discount.

After going to a few other, this is by far my favorite salon! The staff is so nice and caring! They remember my name and asks about previous conversations every time I come in:) The managers are not too high to come back and work on nails to help if they are busy and on top of that, their attention to detail is spot on! Love them!:) Huge shout out to Lynn for doing my nails! THANK YOU

I’ve been to many other nail salons in the local area and this one is by far my favorite. Everyone is so kind and they do an amazing job with manicures, pedicures, and more. Susi is always on top of her game and is one of my go to nail techs. Love this place!!!

Do not go here. They are rude and if they make a mistake with your service they will blame it on you. I booked my second hot stone massage with them and they gave my mom and I the wrong massage. I had paid a deposit before I came for this specific massage so it was fully confirmed. However, supposedly we were the wrong ones. They argued with us for 20 minutes before finally letting us go with half off of our services. I’m super disappointed because I actually did enjoy this place but definitely will not return here ever again. If you are a business owner and your employees make the mistake own up to it. That’s how you get people to return.

After several years I decided to give Escape a chance again. My first appointment I received the gel manicure and after several days the polish had peeled off. On my second visit I took the nail tech advice and went with the dip, in which she stated was better and would last longer. Needless to say by day four my nails started breaking off. Three weeks later, I decided to give Escape one last chance as I was again traveling and needed a manicure. However, by day four my nails started breaking again, only to lose 3 nails before I returned from a 10 day trip. Upon my return to the US I called and spoke to the manager. I was told in a rude way that it's not free and would cost $55 vs $50. His tone didn't sit right with and I decided never to go to Escape again. I'm finding that some nail salons aren't changing their products often, which leads to a disaster for the customers. I did ask for no drilling to my nails during my visits, in which the tech could not accommodate. She stated the powder or the gel wouldn't stay on if she didn't drill. I knew this to be incorrect. Most techs aren't properly trained on products and care and these are the results customers are receiving.
