!!!No cancellation policy!!! Rude Owner and Employees!!! In complete order!!! Not on time Delivery!!!

The worst experience I ever had, once you paid the will make you sign their receipt in which you actually signed the cancellation and return policy and in the policy it says there is no refund and return or cancellation even if you decided before receiving the order.
Also got my delivery got cancelled 3 times for no reason and they were not responding my phone calls once I stopped by again the guy who sold the product to me wasn’t there and the lady was acting like she don’t know about anything and was very rude.
After everything I got an incomplete order and was told that I have wait for another month and after a lot of arguments I got my money back for the missing part of the order.

I bought a love seat and a sofa from elite with the help of Claudia and everything went smoothly. We received our purchase about 5 days before the delivery date (they called the confirm beforehand). We love our new couches and everyone who comes to visit says the same. The price was also fair. I recommend elite.

Very bad customer service. After they canceled my delivery two times already they came with a missing part on the third delivery date and told me they will bring the missing box next week. Amjad is a big lair and unprofessional person I have seen. He shows no concern about the whole thing and still treats me like I’m wrong. I will never go back to this place and I’m getting my refund.

My experience with Elite Furniture and Mattress was extremely disappointing. They canceled my delivery three times without explanation or notification while I’m home missing work waiting for them. The staff was unhelpful and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Find another furniture store that values its customers. Avoid this one at all costs.

This is the worst and NIGHTMARE furniture place I have ever been to. Everything sucks, Owners personality, items quality and worst ever customer service. Amjad ,the owner is rude and big laier. He sold me a defective set that took me months and 10 times back and forth to get my sofa changed and receive right parts and then i had to pay 70 usd for transportation and worst of all, the sofa broke in les than 4 months. When I checked closely, the materials were so unbelievly cheap. Never ever go and deal with this store.I WISH I HAD ZERO RATING TO REPORT.They even do not deserve fogivnes?

A very bad experience, a terrible purchase with armchairs that not even in my country are made so horrible, they do not sell them from the factory but they send them to assemble the worst that they do not respond to guarantees that they themselves offer, they show you a catalog that is obviously all beautiful When complaining, they act indignant when they arrive at the place because on the phone they act like idiots.

I have been calling to see the status of a purchase. I bought a couch and a closet and they don't answer. There is a guy I believe he ie colombian he keeps handing up the phone and Now the girl that is there today saturday 11:30 did the same thing. They don't even say anything they answer and stay quiet. I do not reccoment this place unless you are buying things that are already in store otherwise good luck. I've been like this for 2 weeks now.
